SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION

3.1. Uraian Theory of Tune Up

Tune Up Service is a state of the motor / engine to always optimal.

Tune up can also be in katakana realigning the vehicle engine in order to re-
approach the optimum working conditions.
Service tune up function to mengebalikan condition of the machine is not
working optimally

3.2.3. Step-by-Step Tune ups
- Open the bonnet
- Replace thepender caver
air filter-Lepaskan
- Kendorkan key grip filter with a shock 10
- Lepaskan busy locking bolt with a lock shock coil 10 then
- Open spark plug 1,2,3,4, with key shock 16
- Open the fuel filter with pliers

3.2.4. Step-by-step examination of

A. BATERAI
a. Check battery water by using Hydrometer and see whether the color of the
water batteries can be used or not as for its color as follows: -Green,
waterbattery in good
- White condition, the water should be in charge of water
- Red battery must be replaced
- Search: battery water in good condition
- Ket: battery water do not have to be replaced
b. Check the battery voltage by using a volt dc Avo meter scale if the battery
voltage is in good condition / no.
- Search: battery voltage is good / good (12 volt)
- Ket: the battery can still be used
c. Check the battery contacts / body batrai of possibilities cracked / bubbling
- Search: battery contacts / bodybattery in good
- Ketcondition:the battery contacts / body battery is not cracked / bubbling

B.SISTEM COOLING
a. check-quality and capacity of cooling water
- Search: good quality, appropriate capacity /enough:
- Ket the cooling water does not have to be replaced
b. check the volume of the reservoir tank /reserve
- Thetank : capacity is already full
 - Ket: no need to make the filling
c. Visually check the fan belt of a possible crack / wear
- Search: fan belts good condition no crack / wear
- Ket: fan belts do not need to be replaced

3.2.5. Measures Repair / setup

1) Clean the air filter with water gan / compressor
2) Clean the fuel filter with water beforehand so gan shake the dirt out afterwards

abnormal engine.
3) Clean the spark plug with a wire brush and a cleaner, HWK then measuring the
spark plug gap using a feeler gauge to measure the spark plug gap of 0.70 up
to 1.00 mm
4) Clean the combustion chamber with HWK
5) Clean the throttle body with the cleaner

3.2.6 Step mounting

-1,2,3,4 pasang plugs and tighten with 16keyshock
-Pasang coilevery place
-kencangkan bolt lock fastener coil with a shock 10
-pasang back the fuel filter with pliers
-pasang return air filter and filter with a key grip shock 10
-Lepaskan fender caver later,
re-close the stamp machine

3.2.7 Step Testing / Testing

weaknesses and values in order to in order to stay awake condition favorite car

with a service tune up periodically.
