of the formal and literary writing of Quechua and qualified for the teaching of
Quechua as a second language.
Bachelor of Arts from the journalism school of the Jesuit University Antonio Ruiz
de Montoya (UARM). Manager of social and cultural issues and expert in
communication and academic research.
Advanced user of technology of information and communication (social
networks, virtual classrooms, audiovisual).
Developer of southern Quechua Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) software.
Researcher of the computational portability of endangered languages to
overcome the "digital divide". Activist in the defense of rights of indigenous
peoples. Expert in the process of systematization and recovery of ancestral
knowledge.
My background, built in Peru and Mexico, is linked to communication and
information technologies in relation to intercultural citizenship.
