Check all holding down bolts for tightness and take corrective action if required.

4 Check coupling spider for damage, if necessary replace it. Quarterly

5 Inspection of bearings of Pump. Half-Yearly

Check the recirculation pump oil level, if level is low top-up with SERVO PRIME -46.

7 Check the tightness of coupling bolts. Quarterly
8 Check for any leakage from mechanical seals. Quarterly
Checking of alignment of Pump with Motor and do the necessary correction if required.
9 Quarterly

Spill over oil / water / grease / cotton waste / etc in surrounding area and floor to be
10 cleaned and disposed Quarterly
