 The accommodation booked under this ticket is not transferable.

 This voucher is to be carried by the passenger during the journey.
 One of the passenger booked on the ticket is required to present any of the identity cards noted
below in original during the train journey and same will be accepted as a proof of identity failing
which all the passengers will be treated as travelling without ticket and shall be dealt as per
extant Railway Rules. Valid Ids:- Voter Identity Card / Passport / PAN Card / Driving License /
Photo ID card issued by Central / State Govt. for their employees/Student Identity Card with
photograph issued by recognized School or College for their students /Nationalised Bank

Cancellations
Cancellations for online bookings can made online at www.irctctourism.com. Cancellation for the counter
booking can be done through counters only. Please provide a copy of PAN Card alongwith refund
request. For all other cases of claims/refunds on this voucher, the registered users may send their claims
by email to IRCTC at irctctourism@irctc.co.in. IRCTC will process all claims as per its refund policy
cancellation and refund against this voucher are governed by Tour Package Rules and will credit the
same back to the customer's account.
