They are currently recruiting for the position of a QA/QC Coordinator, based in Qatar.

Job Description
 Develop Quality management plan.
 Reviews, surveillance, witness all activities in accordance with Inspection and Test Plant (ITP) / company requirements.
 Establish and monitor Project Quality KPIs through each phase.
 Establish and manage the Project Quality Assurance processes including audits, reviews, etc., in order to ensure that project
objectives are met.
 Ensure follow up and appropriate close out of all review actions items.
 Provide Quality Assurance/ Controls support to TA team.
 Provides early feedback to the Team Leader on any issues, potential delays or interface problems.
 Liaise on quality matters with contractor TA team.
 Review IFC, P&IDs, and ISOs Drawings to ensure appropriate WPS are referenced with weld details and overall accuracy.
 Develop Quality assurance/control procedure.
 In-process surveillance to verify compliance with specified piping erection procedure including flange alignments, torquing
and cleanliness etc.
 Performing walk down inspection and completing punch lists.
 Coordinate quality inspections and testing (NDT, PWHT) with contractor and sub contractor.
 Coordinate and monitor non-destructive testing.
 Inspect / review product material, weld quality and testing to ensure compliance with Code, Standards and Specifications.
 Ensure all TA quality assurance/control documentation is compiled and completed in a timely matter and meeting deadlines.
 Identify and control all NCRs.
 Reviewing and verifying completeness of piping test packages (hydro or pneumatic) prior to testing.
 Completing and endorsing all inspection records from initial inspection till final acceptance of the piping systems.
 Plan and carry surveillance audit.
Skills and Experience
 Preferred Graduate Engineer (B.Sc. Eng. / BE/B.Tech.) either in Mechanical / Metallurgical / Welding engineering or
Minimum CWB Level I designation with B31.3 and ASME Sec VIII and IX endorsements and post-Secondary Technical
diploma to a related discipline.
 Preferred ISO Auditor certification.
 Working knowledge of Instrumentation and electrical.
 Working knowledge of Flawless techniques.
 Working knowledge of Turnaround.
 Working knowledge of ASME Codes (Pressure Vessels, Process Piping & Structural).
 Working knowledge of fabrication, coating, insulation and NDT techniques.
 Familiarity with industry standard codes such as API, AWS, ASME, BS-EN and DNV.
 Working knowledge of non destructive testing (NDT).
 Experience of conducting quality audit.
 Experience of developing quality procedure/checklist and forms.
 Experience of managing Contractor.
This is a contract position.

The rate for this position is negotiable.
