particularly described below:

A PARCEL OF LAND, situated in Brgy. Poblacion, Libertad,

Misamis Oriental, Island of Mindanao.

Line 3-4 S. 18 deg. 28’E., 16.65 m.

Line 4-1 S. 53 deg. 21’W., 16.63 m.

containing an area of THREE HUNDRED (300) SQUARE METERS, more or less.

By reason thereof, I hereby deliver possession of the Property above described with all
the improvements existing thereon.

Further, I hereby waive, transfer and relinquish all the rights and interests, and claims to
the said Property in a manner absolute and irrevocable, in favor of AMER MYLA T.
PAGE, her assigns and successors in interest and I warrant that the subject property is
free from liens and encumbrances and have no existing tenants.
