Notes for ASNT NDT Level III Exam Application:

1. Applicant must submit completed ASNT Level III Exam application form with exam fee payment to ASNT directly.
2. ASNT will issue a Letter of Approval to applicant once the application has been approved by them.
3. Upon approval by ASNT, applicant must notify SETSCO via email with a copy of ASNT’s Approval Letter.
4. Applicant must make payment for the administrative fee to SETSCO at least 3 working days prior to the
scheduled exam date.
5. Payment can be made by cash or cheque (payable to: SETSCO Services Pte Ltd)
6. For overseas applicant, payment can be made by Bank Draft or Telegraphic Transfer (in Singapore dollar
currency)

WDA TRAINING GRANT
• Course fee funding by Workforce Development Agency (WDA) for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PRs) is
subjected to fulfilling a minimum 75% course attendance and passing the Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ)
Assessments.
• Companies or individual applicant will be required to pay the full course fee if applicants fail to meet the requirements for
funding.
