The most underrated criminal activity ever to have existed on planet Earth is the elites
psychological warfare on the human mind. They now control your mind, but they will never
control your spirit. When you realize that mind and body is not the same as your spirit and
that infinite consciousness within, wether you are in your physical body or not, is infinite,
then you can begin to take back control of your mind. Through information and greater
awareness about MIND CONTROL and how it works, you can start a new path to take your
own power back. It is estimated that almost 100% of the worlds population is under some
kind of mind control and under the influence of mass indoctrination and electromagnetic
frequencies.
 

MIND
CONTROL
is
done
either
through:

1)  Compartmentalization of the mind (creating a D.I.D. / Dissociative Identity Disorder slave,

formerly known as Multiple Personality Disorder) through trauma, torture, sexual and metal
abuse, paedophilia, electroshock, sleep and food deprivation, needles, burning, satanic and
religious rituals, water boarding, mind expanding drugs, physical pain or seeing others
being tortured. Also micro-chipping an individual (often through vaccinations) which will gain
total control and full access to an individuals thinking pattern, behaviour and emotions.

2)  Phycological warfare on the mind through H.A.A.R.P. (High Frequency Active Auroral
Research Program) geoengineered electromagnetic frequency weapons to program the
human mind collectively or individually through beams that works on the human mind, as
well as you can program a computer. Also called “death rays” that could blast distant
locations with lethal electromagnetic radiation and create weather changes, earthquakes,
tzsunamies and hurricanes. “Project Bluebeam” is another highly developed millitary
program that can produces holography optical illusions that appear physical and real.
“Project Bluebeam” can be used for mind control on people in every way imaginable
according to numerous researchers. Such as Alien and UFO sightings and abductions,
ghost sightings and experiments of any paranormal kind to inflict individuals or groups with
trauma or nightmares. Chemtrails in the sky (lasting chemical trails after a plane) is not only
used for pollution but also for mind control, with chemicals that effects the brain.

3) Mass indoctrination of the worlds population through various religions and new age cults,
the educational system (schools and universities), the political systems, the mass media
through television and radio (which includes electromagnetic hypnotic frequencies),
entertainment (music, movies, TV, reality-TV, advertising, commercials), sexual mass
indoctrination, computer addiction and mobile telephones, which both has damaging
effects on the mind, especially cell phones which is dangerous to the brain both physically
and mentally. Also through constant repetition and instilling fear (fear of death, diseases,
terror, war, assault) either through the media, politically, the pharmaceutical industry, from
scientists or from an individual person to another, is mind control easily programmed into
the human psyche.

4)  The medical world and pharmaceutical industry. Chemicals in all available medicine and
vaccines. Fluoride in the water and toothpaste. Unhealthy food with harmful food additives
and E Numbers in them. Soft drinks especially diet drinks and other diet products which
usually include Aspartame.

Everything of the above mentioned has an enormous effect on the mind, and will keep
human counsciousnes on the lowest frequency, making people easily suggestable, easy
target for mind control, low attention span, concentration problems and Attention Deficit
Disorder, increase in Alzheimers and Parkinsons disease and cancer.

Not only politicians are known to either be mind controlled puppets or use mind control,
numerous celebrities from singers, actors and TV presenters are either under mind control
compartmentalization or are used as handlers for others within the industry, to serve the
New World Order agenda.

The Mystery Religions of ancient Egypt, Greece, India and Babylon helped lay the
foundation for occultism, meaning “hidden knowledge.” One of the earliest writings giving
reference to occultism is the Egyptian Book of the Dead, a compilation of rituals explicitly
describing methods of torture and intimidation (to create trauma), the use of potions (drugs)
and the casting of spells (hypnotism), ultimately resulting in the total enslavement of the
initiate.

These have been the main ingredients for a part of occultism known as Satanism,
throughout the ages.

During the 13th Century, the Roman Catholic Church increased and solidified its dominion
throughout Europe with the infamous Inquisition. Satanism survived this period of
persecution, deeply entrenching itself under the veil of various esoteric groups.

In 1776, a Bavarian Jesuit by the name of Adam Weishaupt was commissioned by the
House of Rothschild to centralize the power base of the Mystery Religions into what is
commonly known as the Illuminati, meaning “Enlightened Ones.” This was an
amalgamation of powerful occultic bloodlines, elite secret societies and influential Masonic
fraternities, with the desire to construct the framework for a “New
World
Order“. The
outward goal of this Utopia was to bring forth universal happiness to the human race.
However, their underlying intention was to gradually increase control over the masses, thus
becoming masters of the planet.

 
The
Anglo
Alliance

By the 19th century, Great Britain and Germany were recognized as the primary geographic
areas of Illuminati control. It then should be of little surprise to know the first work in
Behavioral Science research was established in England in 1882, while much of the early
medical and psychiatric techniques involved in mind control were pioneered at the Kaiser
Wilhelm Institute in Germany.

The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations was set up in London in 1921 to study the
“breaking point” of humans. Kurt Lewin, a German psychologist, became the director of the
Tavistock Institute in 1932, about the same time Nazi Germany was increasing its research
into neuropsychology, parapsychology and multi-generational occultism.

Interestingly, a progressive exchange of scientific ideas was taking place between England
and Germany, most notably in the field of eugenics: the movement devoted to “improving”
the human species through the control of hereditary factors in mating. The nefariously
enigmatic union between the two countries was bonded, partly through the Order of the
Golden Dawn, a secret society, which consisted of many high ranking officials in the Nazi
party and British aristocracy. Top SS Nazi officer, Heinrich
Himmler, was in charge of a
scientific project called Lebensborn, which included selective breeding and adoption of
children, a peculiarly large number of twins among them.

The purpose of the program was to create a super-race (Aryans) who would have total
allegiance to the cause of the Third
Reich (New Order). Much of the preliminary
experimentation concerning genetic engineering and behavior modification was conducted
by Dr.
Josef
Mengele at Auschwitz, where he coldly analyzed the effects of trauma-
bonding, eye-coloring and “twinning” upon his victims.

Besides the insidious surgical experimentation performed at the concentration camp, some
of the children were subjected to massive amounts of electroshock. Sadly, many of them
did not survive the brutality. Concurrently, “brain-washing” was carried out on inmates at
Dachau, who were placed under hypnosis and given the hallucinogenic drug mescaline.

During the war, parallel behavioral research was led by Dr.

George
Estabrooks of Colgate
University. His involvement with the Army, CID, FBI and other agencies remains shrouded in
secrecy. However, Estabrooks would occasionally “slip” and discuss his work involving the
creation of hypno-programmed couriers and hypnotically-induced split personalities.

After WWII, the U.S. Department of Defense secretly imported many of the top German
Nazi and Italian Fascist scientists and spies into the United States via South America and
the Vatican. The code name for this operation was Project
PAPERCLIP.

 
 

One of the more prominent finds for the U.S. was German General Reinhard Gehlen,
Hitler‘s Chief of Intelligence against Russia. Upon arriving in Washington, DC in 1945,
Gehlen met extensively with President Truman, General William “Wild Bill” Donovan, Director
of the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) and Allen Dulles, who would later become the
stalwart head of the CIA. The objective of their brainstorming sessions was to reorganize
the nominal American intelligence operation, transforming it into a highly efficient covert
organization. The culmination of their efforts produced the Central Intelligence Group in
1946, renamed the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in 1947.

Reinhard Gehlen also had profound influence in helping to create the National
Security
Council, from which the National
Security
Act
(NSA) of 1947 was derived. This particular
piece of legislation was implemented to protect an unconscionable number of illegal
government activities, including clandestine mind control programs.

 
 

Evolution
of
Project
MKULTRA

With the CIA and National Security Council firmly established, the first in a series of covert
brainwashing programs was initiated by the Navy in the fall of 1947. Project
CHATTER
was developed in response to the Soviet’s “successes” through the use of “truth drugs.”
This rationale, however, was simply a cover story if the program were to be exposed. The
research focused on the identification and testing of such drugs for use in interrogations
and the recruitment of agents. The project was officially terminated in 1953.

The CIA decided to expand their efforts in the area of behavior modification, with the advent
of Project
BLUEBIRD, approved by Director Allen Dulles in 1950. Its objectives were to:
(1) discover a means of conditioning personnel to prevent unauthorized extraction of
information from them by know nmeans, (2) investigate the possibility of control of an
individual by application of special interrogation techniques, (3) investigate memory
enhancement and (4) establish defensive means for preventing hostile control of agency
personnel.

In August 1951, Project BLUEBIRD was renamed Project

ARTICHOKE, which evaluated
offensive uses of interrogation techniques, including hypnosis and drugs. The program
ceased in 1956. Three years prior to the halt of Project ARTICHOKE, Project
MKULTRA
came into existence on April 13, 1953 along the lines proposed by Richard Helms, Deputy
Director of Central Intelligence CDCI with the rationale of establishing a “special funding
mechanism of extreme sensitivity.”

The hypothetical etymology of “MK” may possibly stand for “Mind

Kontrolle”. The
obvious postwar translation of the German word, “Kontrolle” into English is “control.” A host
of German doctors, procured from the Nazi talent pool, were an invaluable asset toward the
development of MKULTRA. The correlation between the concentration camp experiments
and the numerous sub- projects of MKULTRA are clearly evident. The various avenues used
to control human behavior under MKULTRA included radiation, electroshock,
psychology, psychiatry, sociology, anthropology, graphology, harassment
substances and paramilitary devices and materials (LSD being the most widely dispensed
“material”).

Many Hollywood movies have been made about Mind Control over the years. Notably “The
Manchurian Candidate”.

A special procedure, designated MKDELTA, was established to govern the use of

MKULTRA abroad. MKULTRA / MKDELTA materials were used for harassment, discrediting
or disabling purposes.

Of the 149 subprojects under the umbrella of MKULTRA having been identified, Project
MONARCH officially began by the U.S.
Army in the early 1960’s (although unofficially
implemented much earlier) appears to be the most prominent and is still classified as TOP
SECRET for “National Security” reasons. MONARCH may have culminated from
MKSEARCH subprojects, such as operation SPELLBINDER, which was set up to create
“sleeper” assassins (i.e. “Manchurian
Candidates“) who could be activated upon
receiving a key word or phrase while in a post-hypnotic trance. Operation
OFTEN, a study
which attempted to harness the power of occultic forces, was possibly one of several cover
programs to hide the insidious reality of Project MONARCH.

Definition
and
Description

The name MONARCH is not necessarily defined within the context of royal nobility, but
rather refers to the Monarch
butterfly. When a person is undergoing trauma induced by
electroshock, a feeling of light-headedness is evidenced; as if one is floating or fluttering like
a butterfly. There is also a symbolic representation pertaining to the transformation or
metamorphosis of this beautiful insect: from a caterpillar to a cocoon (dormancy; inactivity),
to a butterfly (new creation) which will return to its point of origin. Such is the migratory
pattern that makes this species unique.

Occultic
symbolism may give additional insight into the true meaning. Psyche is the word
for both “soul” and “butterfly,” coming from the belief that human souls become butterflies
while searching for a new reincarnation.

Some ancient mystical groups, such as the Gnostics, saw the butterfly as a symbol of
corrupt flesh. The “Angel of Death” (remember Mengele?) in Gnostic art works was
portrayed crushing the butterfly. A marionette is a puppet that is attached to strings and is
controlled by the puppet master, hence MONARCH programming is also referred to as the
“Marionette
Syndrome“. “Imperial
Conditioning” is another term used, while some
mental health therapists know it as “Conditioned
Stimulus-Response
Sequences“.

Project MONARCH could be best described as a form of trauma-structured dissociation

and occultic integration in order to compartmentalize the mind into multiple personalities
within a systematic framework. During the process, a Satanic ritual, usually including
Cabalistic
mysticism, is performed with the purpose of attaching a particular demon or
group of demons to the corresponding alter(s). Of course, most [people] would view this as
simply a means to enhance trauma within the victim negating irrational belief that demonic
possession actually occurs.

Monarch treatment gives a feeling of “light-headeness, as if one is floating”

It engenders a new creation, an alternate personality
The victim sees his controller as “god”
 Dark occult rituals are involved in the process
Symbols relating to Monarch programming involve mirrors, glass shattering, rainbows,
robots and more.

Alters
and
Triggers

Another way of examining this convoluted victimization of body and soul is by looking at it
as a complex computer program: A file (alter) is created through trauma, repetition and
reinforcement. In order to activate (trigger) the file, a specific access code or password (cue
or command) is required. The victim survivor is called a “slave” by the
programmer/handler, who in turn is perceived as “master” or “god” About 75% are
female, since they possess a higher tolerance for pain and tend to dissociate easier than
males. Subjects are used mainly for covert operations, prostitution and pornography;
involvement in the entertainment industry is notable.

A former military officer connected to the DIA told this writer, “In the ‘big picture’ these
people [MONARCH victims] are in all walks of life, from the bum on the street to the white-
collar guy.” In corroboration, a retired CIA agent vaguely discussed the use of such
personnel to be used as “plants” or “chameleons” for the purpose of infiltrating a
designated group, gathering information and/or injecting an ulterior agenda.

There are an inordinate amount of alters in the victim/survivor, with numerous back-up
programs, mirrors and shadows. A division of light-side (good) and dark-side (bad) alters
are interwoven in the mind and rotate on an axis. One of the main internal structures, (of
which there are many) within the system is shaped like a double-helix, consisting of seven
levels. Each system has an internal programmer who oversees the “gatekeepers”
(demons?) who grant or deny entry into the different rooms. A few of the internal images
predominately seen by victims/survivors are trees, the Cabalistic “Tree of Life,” with
adjoining root systems, infinity loops, ancient symbols and letters, spider webs, mirrors or
glass shattering, masks, castles, mazes, demons/monsters/aliens, sea shells, butterflies,
snakes, ribbons, bows, flowers, hour glasses, clocks, robots, chain-of-command diagrams
and/or schematics of computer circuitry boards.

Bloodlines
and
Twinning

A majority of the victims/survivors come from multi-generational Satanic families (bloodlines)

and are ostensibly programmed “to fulfill their destiny as the chosen ones or chosen
generations” (a term coined by Mengele at Auschwitz). Some are adopted out to families of
similar origin. Others used in this neurological nightmare are deemed as the “expendable
ones” (non-bloodliners), usually coming from orphanages, foster-care homes, or incestuous
families with a long history of pedophilia. There also appears to be a pattern of family
members affiliated with government or military intelligence agencies.

Many of the abused come from families who use Catholicism, Mormonism, or charismatic
Christianity as a “front” for their abominable activities (though members of other religious
groups are also involved.) Victims/survivors generally respond more readily to a rigid
religious (dogmatic, legalistic) hierarchical structure because it parallels their base
programming. Authority usually goes unchallenged, as their will has been usurped through
subjective and command-oriented conditioning.
Physical identification characteristics on victims/survivors often include multiple electrical
prod scars and/or resultant moles on their skin. A few may have had various parts of their
bodies mutilated by knives, branding irons, or needles. Butterfly or occult tattoos are also
common. Generally, bloodliners are less likely to have the subsequent markings, as their
skin is to “remain pure and unblemished.”

The ultimate purpose of the sophisticated manipulation of these individuals may sound
unrealistic, depending upon our interpretive understanding of the physical and spiritual
realms. The deepest and darkest alters within bloodliners are purported to be dormant until
the “AntiChrist” is revealed. These “New World Order” alters supposedly contain call-back
orders and instructions to train and/or initiate a large influx of people (possibly clones or
“soulless ones”). Thereby stimulating social control programs into the new millennium.

Non-biological “twinning” is yet another bizarre feature observed within MONARCH

programming. For instance, two young non-related children would be ceremoniously
initiated in a magical “soul-bonding” ritual so they might be “inseparably paired for eternity”
(possibly another Mengele connection?). They essentially share two halves of the
programmed information, making them interdependent upon one another. Paranormal
phenomenon such as astral projection, telepathy, ESP, etc. appear to be more pronounced
between those who have undergone this process.

Levels
of
MONARCH
Programming

ALPHA. Regarded as “general” or regular

programming within the base control
personality; characterized by extremely pronounced memory retention, along with
substantially increased physical strength and visual acuity. Alpha programming is
accomplished through deliberately subdividing the victim’s personality which, in essence,
causes a left brain – right brain division; allowing for a programmed union of L and R
through neuron pathway stimulation.

BETA. Referred to as “sexual”

programming. This programming eliminates all learned
moral convictions and stimulates the primitive sexual instincts, devoid of inhibitions. “Cat”
alters may come out at this level.

DELTA. This is known as “killer”

programming, originally developed for training special
agents or elite soldiers (i.e. Delta Force, First Earth Battalion, Mossad, etc.) in covert
operations. Optimal adrenal output and controlled aggression is evident. Subjects are
devoid of fear; very systematic in carrying out their assignment. Self-destruct or suicide
instructions are layered in at this level.

THETA. Considered to be “psychic”

programming. Bloodliners (those coming from
multigenerational Satanic families) were determined to exhibit a greater propensity for
having telepathic abilities than did non-bloodliners. Due to its evident limitations, however,
various forms of electronic mind control systems were developed and introduced, namely,
biomedical human telemetry devices (brain implants), directed-energy lasers using
microwaves and/or electromagnetics. It is reported these are used in conjunction with
highly-advanced computers and sophisticated satellite tracking systems.

OMEGA. A “self-destruct” form of programming, also known as “Code

Green” The
corresponding behaviors include suicidal tendencies and/or self-mutilation. This program is
generally activated when the victim/survivor begins therapy or interrogation and too much
memory is being recovered.

GAMMA. Another form of system protection is through “deception”

programming,
which elicits misinformation and misdirection. This level is intertwined with demonology and
tends to regenerate itself at a later time if inappropriately deactivated.

Methods
and
Components

The initial process begins with creating dissociation within the subject, usually occurring
from the time of birth to about six years. This is primarily achieved through the use of
electroshock
(ECT) and is at times performed even when the child is in the mother’s
womb. Due to the severe trauma induced through ECT, sexual abuse and other methods,
the mind splits off into alternate personalities from the core. Formerly referred to as
Multiple
Personality
Disorder, it is presently recognized as Dissociative
Identity
Disorder
(DID) and is the basis for MONARCH programming. Further conditioning of the
victim’s mind is enhanced through hypnotism, double-bind
coercion, pleasure-pain
reversals, food, water, sleep and sensory
deprivation, along with various drugs which
alter certain cerebral functions.

The next stage is to embed and compress detailed commands or messages within the
specified alter. This is achieved through the use of hi-tech
headsets, in conjunction with
computer-driven generators which emit inaudible sound waves or harmonics that affect the
RNA covering of neuron pathways to the subconscious and unconscious mind. “Virtual
Reality” optical devices are sometimes used simultaneously with the harmonic generators
projecting pulsating colored lights, subliminals and split-screen visuals. High voltage
electroshock is then used for memory dissolution.

Programming is updated periodically and reinforced through visual, auditory and written
mediums. Some of the first programming themes included the Wizard
of
Oz and Alice
and
Wonderland, both heavily saturated with occultic symbolism. Many of the recent
Disney movies and cartoons are used in a two-fold manner: desensitizing the majority of the
population, using subliminals and neuro- linguistic programming, and deliberately
constructing specific triggers and keys for base programming of highly-impressionable
MONARCH children.

Music plays an instrumental role in programming, through combinations of variable tones,

rhythms and words. Frightmeister Stephen King’s numerous novels and subsequent
movies, are purported by credible sources to be used for such villainous purposes. One of
his latest books, Insomnia, features a picture of King with the trigger phrase “WE NEVER
SLEEP,” (indicative of someone with MPD/ DID) below an all-seeing eye.

Programmers
and
Places

It’s difficult to figure out who the original programmer of this satanic project was, due to the
substantial amount of disinformation and cross-contamination propagated by the “powers
that be.” The two that went by the color-coded name of Dr. Green are a Jewish doctor
named Dr. Gruenbaum, who supposedly collaborated with the Nazis during WWII, and Dr.
Josef Mengele, whose trademark of cold- blooded and calculating brutality has not only
scarred the souls of survivors from Aushwitz, but also a countless number of victims
throughout the world. Mengele’s direct involvement at the infamous Aushwitz concentration
camp was suspiciously downplayed during the Nuremberg Trials, and consequently no
intensified effort by the U.S. and its allies was directed toward his capture.

As a means to confuse serious investigators as to his whereabouts, U.S. officials would

report Mengele being a non-threatening recluse in Paraguay or Brazil, or that he was simply
dead (the “Angel of Death” miraculously must have come back to life at least five different
times). His unprecedented research, at the expense of thousands of lives, undoubtedly was
a significant bonus to U.S. interests. Besides using the pseudonym of Dr. Green, survivors
knew him as Vaterchen (daddy), Schoner Josef (beautiful Joseph), David and Fairchild. A
gracefully handsome man of slight stature, Mengele would disarm people with his gentle
demeanor, while at other times, he would explode into violent rages.

Other characteristics remembered by survivors were the cadence of his shiny black boots
as he paced back and forth and his “I-love-you/I-love-you-not” daisy game. When he pulled
off the last daisy petal, he would maliciously torture and kill a small child in front of the other
child he was programming. Distraught survivors also recalled being thrown naked into
cages with monkeys, who were trained to viciously abuse them. Evidently, Mengele enjoyed
reducing people to the level of animals. He also would purposely restrain his victims from
crying, screaming, or showing any excessive emotion.

Dr. D. Ewen Cameron, also known as Dr. White, was the former head of the Canadian,
American and World Psychiatric Associations. Because of Cameron’s extensive experience
and credentials, the CIA’s Allen Dulles funneled millions of dollars through front organizations
like the Society for the Investigation of Human Ecology, which Cameron ruthlessly presided
over. Experimentations were conducted at several locations in Montreal, mostly at McGill
University, St. Mary’s Hospital and Allan Memorial Institute.

Besides the conventional methods of psychiatric tyranny, such as electroshock, drug

injections and lobotomies, Cameron conceived the technique of “psychic driving,” wherein
unsuspecting patients were kept in a drug-induced coma for several weeks and
administered a regimen of electroshocks, while electronic helmets were strapped to their
heads and repetitive auditory messages were transmitted at variable speeds. Many of those
exploited were abused children who had been run through the Roman Catholic orphanage
system.

Not surprisingly, Dr. Cameron has been conveniently left out of most psychiatric journals.
This may have been, in fact, largely due to Project MKULTRA being publicly exposed in
1970, through lawsuits filed by Canadian survivors and their families. The CIA and Canadian
government settled out of court so as not to be required to officially admit to any
wrongdoing.

A former U.S. Army Lt. Col. in the DIA’s Psychological Warfare Division, Michael Aquino, is
the latest in a line of alleged government-sponsored sadists. Aquino, an eccentric genius,
founded the Temple of Set, an offshoot of Anton LaVey’s Church of Satan. His obsession
with Nazi pagan rituals and his hypnotic manipulation of people made him an ideal
candidate for the position of “Master Programmer.” Aquino was connected with the Presidio
Army Base daycare scandal, in which he was accused of child molestation. Much to the
dismay of the young victims’ parents, all charges were dismissed. [sentence omitted]

Heinrich Mueller was another important programmer who went under the code names “Dr.
Blue” or “Gog.” He apparently has two sons who have carried on the trade. The original “Dr.
Black” was apparently Leo Wheeler, the nephew of deceased General Earle G. Wheeler,
who was the commander of the Joint Chiefs of Staff during the Vietnam War. Wheeler’s
protege, E. Hummel, is active in the Northwest, along with W. Bowers (from the Rothschild-

In order to keep MKULTRA from being easily detected, the CIA segmented its subprojects
into specialized fields of research and development at universities, prisons, private
laboratories and hospitals. Of course, they were rewarded generously with government
grants and miscellaneous funding. The names and locations of some of the major
institutions involved in MONARCH programming experimentation were/are: Cornell, Duke,
Princeton, UCLA, University of Rochester, MIT, Georgetown University Hospital,
Maimonides Medical Center, St Elizabeth’s Hospital (Washington, D.C.), Bell Laboratories,
Stanford Research Institute, Westinghouse Friendship Laboratories, General Electric, ARCO
and Manking Research Unlimited.

The “final product” was/is usually created on military installations and bases, where
maximum security is required. Referred to as (re) programming centers or near-death
trauma centers, the most heavily identified are: China Lake Naval Weapons Center, The
Presidio, Ft. Dietrick, Ft. Campbell, Ft. Lewis, Ft. Hood, Redstone Arsenal, Offutt AFB,
Patrick AFB, McClellan AFB, MacGill AFB, Kirkland AFB, Nellis AFB, Homestead AFB,
Grissom AFB, Maxwell AFB and Tinker AFB. Other places recognized as major
programming sites are Langley Research Center, Los Alamos National Laboratories,
Tavistock Institute and areas in or by Mt. Shasta, CA, Lampe, MO and Las Vegas, NV.

Notable
Names

One of the first documented cases of a MONARCH secret agent, was that of the
voluptuous 1940’s model, Candy Jones. The book, The Control of Candy Jones, (Playboy
Press) portrays her 12 years of intrigue and suspense as a spy for the CIA. Jones, whose
birthname is Jessica Wilcox, apparently fit the physiological profile as to be one of the initial
experiments or human guinea pigs under the government’s “scientific” project, MKULTRA.

The most publicized case of MONARCH monomania has surfaced through the book
TRANCE Formation of America: The True Life Story of a CIA Slave by Cathy O’Brien. On the
back cover it emphatically states, “Cathy O’Brien is the only vocal and recovered survivor of
the Central Intelligence Agency’s Mk- Ultra Project Monarch mind control operation.” This
documented autobiography contains compelling accounts of O’Brien’s years of unrelenting
incest and eventual introduction into Project MONARCH by her perverted father. Along with
co-author Mark Phillips, her rescuer and deprogrammer, Cathy covers an almost
unbelievable array of conspiratorial crime: forced prostitution (white slavery) with those in
the upper echelons of world politics, covert assignments as a “drug mule” and courier, and
the country- western music industry’s relationship with illegal CIA activities.

 
 

Paul Bonaci, a courageous survivor who endured almost two decades of degradation under
Project MONARCH, has disclosed strong corroborating evidence of widescale crimes and
corruption from the municipal/state level all the way up to the White House. He has testified
about sexually-abused males selected from Boy’s Town in Nebraska and taken to nearby
Offutt AFB, where he says they were subjected to intense MONARCH programming,
directed mainly by Commander Bill Plemmons and former Lt. Col. Michael Aquino. After
thoroughly tormenting the young boys into mindless oblivion, they were used (along with
girls) for pornography and prostitution with several of the nation’s political and economic
power-brokers. Bonaci recalled being transported from the Air Force base via cargo planes
to McClelland AFB in California.

Along with other unfortunate adolescents and teenagers, he was driven to the elite retreat,
Bohemian Grove. The perpetrators took full advantage of these innocent victims,
committing unthinkable perversions in order to satisfy their deviant lusts. Some victims were
apparently murdered, further traumatizing already terrified and broken children. [The
following information is provided by Brice Taylor, at the time of this writing in 1999: Uri
Dowbenko wrote an article for Media Bypass magazine (June 1999) where he reports that
justice was finally served when a U.S. District Court recently awarded a CHF 1.02 million
settlement to Bonacci, after years of legal aid from his attorney John DeCamp]

An insatiable actress of marginal talent (now deceased), a morally-corrupt TV evangelist, a

heralded former Green Beret officer and a popular country-western singer are a few others
likely having succumbed to MONARCH madness. Lee Harvey Oswald, Sirhan-Sirhan,
Charlie Manson, John Hinckley, Jr., Mark Chapman, David Koresh, Tim McVeigh and John
Salvi are some notable names of infamy, strongly suspected of being pawns who were
spawned by MKULTRA.

 
 

Deprogrammers
and
Exposers

Dr. Corydon Hammond, a Psychologist from the University of Utah, delivered a stunning
lecture entitled “Hypnosis in MPD: Ritual Abuse” at the Fourth Annual Eastern Regional
Conference on Abuse and Multiple Personality, June 25, 1992 in Alexandria, Virginia. He
essentially confirmed the suspicions of the attentive crowd of mental health professionals,
wherein a certain percentage of their clients had undergone mind control programming in
an intensively systematic manner. Hammond alluded to the Nazi connection, military and
CIA mind control research, Greek letter and color programming and specifically mentioned
the “Monarch Project” in relation to a form of [operant] conditioning.

Shortly after his groundbreaking speech, he received death threats. Not wanting to
jeopardize the safety of his family, Dr. Hammond stopped disseminating any follow-up
information, until recently.

New Orleans therapist Valerie Wolf introduced two of her patients before the President’s
Committee on Human Radiation Experiments on March 15, 1995 in Washington, DC. The
astonishing testimony made by these two brave women included accounts of German
doctors, torture, drugs, electroshock, hypnosis and rape, besides being exposed to an
undetermined amount of radiation. Both Wolf and her patients stated they recovered the
memories of this abuse, without regression or hypnosis techniques.[19] Wolf presently
devotes much of her time to counseling such survivors. A former labor attorney for Atlantic
Richfield Co., David E. Rosenbaum, conducted a nine-year investigation (1983- 1992)
concerning allegations of physical torture and coercive conditioning of numerous employees
at an ARCO plant in Monaca, PA.

His clients, Jerry L. Dotey and Ann White, were victims of apparent radiation exposure; but
as Mr. Rosenbaum probed deeper in the subsequent interview sessions, a “Pandora’s Box”
was unveiled. His most astonishing conclusion was that Jerry Dotey and Ann White were
likely the offspring of Adolf Hitler, based in part on the uncanny resemblance from photos
(facial features, bone structure and size were taken into consideration). Rosenbaum also
states, “They both exhibit feelings and experiences that indicate they are twins.” Dotey and
White were allegedly subjected to torture of many kinds while under drug-induced hypnosis,
with each one undergoing at least three training techniques by plant physicians.

Each victim was trained to enter into a hypnotic state upon the occurrence of specific
stimuli, usually involving a “cue” word or phrase and trained to “remember to forget” what
transpired in the hypnotic state. They were repeatedly subjected to identical stimulus-
response sequences to produce nearly automatic reactions to the particular status.
MKULTRA veterans Dr. Bernard Diamond, Dr. Martin Orne and Dr. Josef Mengele regularly
visited the ARCO plant, according to Rosenbaum. The special conditioning of Dotey and
White was intended for the artificial creation of dual German personalities. Rosenbaum, who
is Jewish, has maintained a deep friendship with the two, despite the seemingly precarious
circumstances.

Other renowned therapists involved in deprogramming are Cynthia Byrtus, Pamela Monday,
Steve Ogilvie, Bennett Braun, Jerry Mungadze and Colin Ross. Some Christian counselors
have been able to eliminate parts of the programming with limited success. Journalists who
have recently expounded on the subject matter in exemplary fashion are Walter Bowart:

Conclusion

The most incriminating statement to date made by a government official as to the possible
existence of Project MONARCH was extracted by Anton Chaitkin, a writer for the
publication, The New Federalist. When former CIA Director William Colby was asked
directly, “What about monarch?” he replied angrily and ambiguously, “We stopped that
between the late 1960’s and the early 1970’s.” Suffice to say that society, in its apparent
state of cognitive dissonance, is generally in denial of the overwhelming evidence of this
multifarious conspiracy. Numerous victims/survivors of Project MONARCH are in desperate
need of help. However, the great majority of people are too preoccupied with themselves to
show any genuine compassion toward these severely wounded individuals. Apathy has
taken over the minds of the masses, who choose to exist within the comforts of this world.
Reality has thus become obscured by relativism and selfishness.

A declassified CIA document dated 7 Jan 1953 [1] describes the creation of multiple

personality in 19-year old girls. “These subjects have clearly demonstrated that they can
pass from a fully awake state to a deep H [hypnotic] controlled state … by telephone, by
receiving written matter, or by the use of code, signal, or words and that control of those
hypnotized can be passed from one individual to another without great difficulty. It has also
been shown by experimentation with these girls that they can act as unwilling couriers for
information purposes.” BB 32

Under the provisions of the National Security Act of 1947, the CIA was established. One of
the main areas investigated by the CIA was mind control. The behavior control program
was motivated by Soviet, Chinese, and North Korean use of mind control techniques. The
CIA originated its first program in 1950 under the name BLUEBIRD. MKULTRA officially
began in 1953. In 1973, tipped off about forthcoming investigations, CIA Director Richard
Helms ordered the destruction of any MKULTRA records. [2] MC 3, 10, 17

The Senate Intelligence Committee did find some records during its investigation in 1976.
Senator Frank Church, who led the congressional investigations of the CIA’s unlawful
actions, said that the agency was “a rogue elephant” operating above the law as it plotted
assassinations, illegally spied on thousands of Americans, and even drugged citizens in its
effort to develop new weapons for its covert arsenal. [3] In 1977, through a Freedom of
Information Act request, 16,000 pages of mind control documents were found as part of

Projects

A CIA document dated 10 Feb 1954 [4] describes an experiment on the creation of

unsuspecting assassins: “Miss [deleted] was then instructed (having expressed a fear of
firearms) that she would use every method at her disposal to awaken Miss [deleted] (now in
a deep hypnotic sleep) and failing this, she would pick up a pistol and fire it at Miss
[deleted]. She was instructed that she would not hesitate to “kill.” Miss [deleted] carried out
these suggestions including firing the (unloaded) gun at [deleted]. After proper suggestions
were made, both were awakened. Miss [deleted] expressed absolute denial that the
foregoing sequence had happened.” BB 36, 37

In a 1971 Science Digest article [6], Dr. G.H. Estabrooks states, “By the 1920’s clinical
hypnotists learned to split certain individuals into multiple personalities like Jeckyl-Hydes.
During WWII, I worked this technique with a Marine lieutenant I’ll call Jones. I split his
personality into Jones A and Jones B. Jones A, once a ‘normal’ Marine, became entirely
different. He talked communist doctrine and meant it. He was welcomed enthusiastically by
communist cells, and was deliberately given a dishonorable discharge. Jones B was the
deeper personality, knew all the thoughts of Jones A, and was ‘imprinted’ to say nothing
during conscious phases. All I had to do was hypnotize him, get in touch with Jones B, and
I had a pipeline straight into the Communist camp.” BB 167-169  For more on CIA mind

Dr. Jose Delgado, a neurosurgeon and Yale professor, [7][8][9] received funding for brain
electrode research on children and adults. In the 1950s, he developed a miniature electrode
placed within an individual’s cranium capable of receiving and transmitting electronic
signals. Delgado was able to control the movements of his subjects by pushing buttons on
a remote transmitter. He demonstrated by wiring a fully-grown bull. With the device in place,
Delgado stepped into the ring with the bull. The animal charged towards the experimenter –
and then suddenly stopped, just before it reached him. The powerful beast had been
stopped with the simple action of pushing a button on a small box held in Delgado’s

The
Mind
Control
Doctors

In the second half of the 20th century, mind control projects resulted in extensive political
abuse of psychiatry. Many thousands were subjected to unethical mind control experiments
by leading psychiatrists and medical schools. Mind control experimentation was not only
tolerated by medical professionals, but published in psychiatric and medical journals. Dr.
William Sweet participated in both brain electrode implant experiments and the injection of
uranium into medical patients at Harvard University. [11][12] Army doctors were involved in
LSD testing at least until the late 1970’s. Subjects of LSD experiments included children as
young as five years old, and brain electrodes were implanted in children as young as 11

The concepts involved in manipulating behavior are found by many people both within and
outside the Agency [CIA] to be distasteful and unethical. Nevertheless, there have been
major accomplishments both in research and operational employment. Over the ten-year
life of the program many additional avenues to the control of human behavior have been
designated under the MKULTRA charter, including radiation, electro-shock, and harassment
substances. Some activities raise questions of legality implicit in the original charter. A final
phase of the testing places the rights and interests of US citizens in jeopardy.

Technical Services Division initiated a program for covert testing of materials on unwitting
US citizens in 1955. TSD has pursued a philosophy of minimum documentation in keeping

Mind Control is obviously very related to religion, which is, for me, the greatest form of mass
mind control yet invented. So is advertising and television. But mind control goes much
deeper than that. The Illuminati-reptilian mind-control projects have produced literally
millions of mind-controlled robots in endless walks of life, who are programmed to carry out
the Illuminati agenda.

There are many electronic ways that this is done today, but one of the key methods is
trauma-based mind control. This is where people are traumatised through sexual abuse,
violence, being forced to witness and take part in human sacrifice rituals, and countless
other horrors. Such experiences activate the mechanism in the mind which shuts out
memories of extreme trauma.

One expression of this, which many people have experienced, is when they cannot recall
the memory of a bad car crash. They can remember before and after, but not the impact.
The mind puts an amnesic barrier around the memory so we do not have to keep re-living
it. This is a good thing, but the Illuminati have developed methods of using this technique to
traumatise a mind over and over until it fragments into a honeycomb of disconnected
amnesic barriers. They then program these different fragments of mind (altars as they call
them) with different tasks. The tasks are pre-programmed to be activated with a “trigger”
word, colour, sound, or whatever. Once the trigger is given that programming locks in and
the person will do whatever they have been programmed to do.

This can be to have sex with a famous politician, which they will not remember; to
assassinate someone like John Lennon; to go crazy with a gun in a school, which leads to
gun control etc. The concentration camps of Nazi Germany under the supervision of the
“Angel of Death”, Josef Mengele, were one of the major centres for such experimentation.
Mengele was taken to the United States and South America after the war by the Illuminati
under the name Doctor Green or Greenbaum to

continue his horrific “work”. This manifested as the notorious mind-control project, MK
Ultra. The China Lake Naval Weapons Center in the California desert was one of his premier
bases of operation.

The most effective time to start this process of creating human robots is before the age of
five or six. Hence you have the colossal child abuse networks and the Satanic ritual abuse
of children exposed on this site and in my books.

CODE

The neural code is arguably the most important remaining scientific mystery. It is the
software, set of rules, syntax, that transforms electrical pulses in the brain into perceptions,
memories, decisions. A solution to the neural code could – in principle – give us almost
unlimited power over our psyches, because we could monitor and manipulate brain cells
with exquisite precision by speaking to them in their own private language. The neural code
is a dauntingly complex, technical topic so, until recently a complete decoding of the brain
seemed impossibly remote, because researchers had limited means of probing the
microcircuitry of living brains.  But just in the past decade researchers have begun crafting
arrays of microelectrodes that can eavesdrop on hundreds and even thousands of separate
neurons simultaneously, and they have acquired ever-more-powerful computers and
algorithms for analyzing data. (Horgan) In 2007, DARPA claimed it quit trying to decode the
brain, but that probably just means the project became clandestine.

A world view is a set of presuppositions (or assumptions) which we hold (consciously or

subconsciously) about the basic makeup of our world. Everyone has a world view, whether
he can explain it or not. It can be likened to a pair of glasses through which one views the
world. It is important to have the right prescription, or reality will be distorted. Modem man
is faced with a supermarket of world views; all of them claim to represent reality, but they
are points of view about reality — mental constructs, beliefs. Psy-Strat is more interested in
the potential effects of beliefs than doctrines or worldviews.

ARTICHOKE was the CIA’S cryptonym for the study and/or use of special interrogation
methods that have been known to included hypnosis, drugs and total isolation. It grew out
of the Agency’s Operation BLACKBIRD and was a forerunner to the Agency’s MKULTRA.
Project ARTICHOKE also known as Operation ARTICHOKE was run by the CIA’s Office of
Scientific Intelligence. The project went deeper into interrogation methods studied in the
CIA’s Project BLUEBIRD.
ARTICHOKE offensive mind control techniques experiments attempted to induce amnesia
and highly suggestive states in its subjects. ARTICHOKE focused on the use of hypnosis,
forced morphine addiction, forced morphine addiction withdrawal, along with other drugs,
chemicals, and techniques. The main focus of the program was summarized in a January
1952 CIA memo, “Can we get control of an individual to the point where he will do our
bidding against his will and even against fundamental laws of nature, such as self-
preservation?”
One program experiment attempted to see if it was possible to produce a “Manchurian
Candidate.” In Richard Condon’s 1959 novel “The Manchurian Candidate” an American
soldier, who has been placed into a hypnotic state by Communist forces, returns home to
assassinate on command. Five years earlier the CIA considered the possibility. A January
1954 CIA report asks the question, “Can an individual of [redacted] descent be made to
perform an act of attempted assassination involuntarily under the influence of

reveal. Through Operation Paperclip, the U.S. organized a monumental transfer of black
technology by actively recruiting Nazi scientists guilty of war crimes for employment by U.S.

was omitted from the recently-outed official report: the U.S. pointedly chose ’fervent’ Nazi
scientists with experience in chemical, biological and radioactive warfare to become the

On 11 November 1954, thirty-nine of the German-born scientists who entered the United
States through Project Paperclip were sworn in as U.S. citizens. Military Intelligence

been granted citizenship in the U.S. and given prominent positions in the American scientific
community.
Many had been longtime members of the Nazi party and the Gestapo, had conducted
experiments on humans at concentration camps, had used slave labor, and had committed
other war crimes.The article focused on a 600-page “secret report” that had been
produced by the U.S. Justice Department. The report, which Justice Department officials
had suppressed from public release for years, details the American government’s
importation into the U.S., following the end of World War II, of countless numbers of Nazis.
Written in a dry, bureaucratic style, the report recounts a number of examples of well-known
Nazis to whom both the CIA and Department of State had provided both shelter and
employment to, including Adolph Eichman, Otto Von Bolschwing, Dr. Josef Mengele, and
Arthur Rudolph. To the purposes of this article, it is important to underscore here that the
long-concealed report makes no mention whatsoever of the many Nazi scientists who
specialized in chemical, biological and radioactive warfare and who were secretly relocated

MK-ULTRA
MKULTRA was the principal CIA program involving the research and development
of chemical and biological agents. It was “concerned with the research and
development of chemical, biological, and radiological materials capable of
employment in clandestine operations to control human behavior.”
In January 1973, MKULTRA records were destroyed by Technical Services Division
personnel acting on the verbal orders of Dr. Sidney Gottlieb, Chief of TSD.
Dr. Gottlieb has testified, and former Director Helms has confirmed, that in
ordering the records destroyed, Dr. Gottlieb was carrying out the verbal order
of then DCI Helms.MKULTRA began with a proposal from the Assistant Deputy Director for
Plans, Richard Helms, to the DCI, outlining a special funding mechanism for highly
sensitive CIA research and development projects that studied the use of
biological and chemical materials in altering human behavior.
The projects involved: Research to develop a capability in the covert use of biological and
chemical materials. This area involves the production of various physiological
conditions which could support present or future clandestine operations. Aside
from the offensive potential, the development of a comprehensive capability in
this field of covert chemical and biological warfare gives us a thorough
knowledge of the enemy’s theoretical potential, thus enabling us to defend
ourselves against a foe who might not be as restrained in the use of these
techniques as we are.
MKULTRA was approved by the DCI on April 13, 1953 along the lines proposed by ADDP
Helms.Part of the rationale for the establishment of this special funding mechanism
was its extreme sensitivity. The Inspector General’s survey of MKULTRA in 1963
noted the following reasons for this sensitivity:
a. Research in the manipulation of human behavior is considered by many authorities in
medicine and related fields to be professionally unethical, therefore the reputation of
professional participants in the MKULTRA program are on occasion in jeopardy.
b. Some MKULTRA activities raise questions of legality implicit in the, original charter.
c. A final phase of the testing of MKULTRA products places the rights and
interests of U.S. citizens in jeopardy.
d. Public disclosure of some aspects of MKULTRA activity could induce serious
adverse reaction in U.S. public opinion. as well as stimulate offensive and
defensive action in this field on the part of foreign intelligence services.Over the ten-year life
of the program, many “additional avenues to the control of human behavior” were
designated as appropriate for investigation under the
MKULTRA charter.
These include “radiation, electroshock, various fields of
psychology, psychiatry, sociology, and anthropology, graphology, harassment
substances, and paramilitary devices and materials.”The research and development of
materials to be used for altering human behavior consisted of three phases: first, the search
for materials suitable for study; second, laboratory testing on voluntary human subjects in
various types of institutions; third, the application of MKULTRA materials in normal everyday
life settings.
The search for suitable materials was conducted through standing arrangements with
specialists in universities, pharmaceutical houses, hospitals, state and federal institutions,
and private research organi-zations. The annual grants of funds to these specialists were
made under ostensible research foundation auspices, thereby concealing the CIA’s interest
from the specialist’s institution.
The next phase of the MKULTRA program involved physicians, toxicologists, and
other specialists in mental, narcotics, and general hospitals, and in prisons.
Utilizing the products and findings of the basic research phase, they conducted intensive
tests on human subjects.One of the first studies was conducted by the National Institute of
Mental Health.
This study was intended to test various drugs, including hallucinogenics, at the NIMH
Addiction Research Center in Lexington, Kentucky. The “Lexington Rehabilitation Center,”
as it was then called, was a prison for drug addicts serving sentences for drug violations.
The test subjects were volunteer prisoners who, after taking a brief physical
examination and signing a general consent form, were administered hallucinogenic drugs.
As a reward for participation in the program, the addicts were provided with the drug of
their addiction.
LSD was one of the materials tested in the MKULTRA program. The final phase of LSD
testing involved surreptitious administration to unwitting nonvolunteer subjects in normal life
settings by undercover officers of the Bureau of Narcotics acting for the CIA.
The rationale for such testing was “that testing of materials under accepted scientific
procedures fails to disclose the full pattern of reactions and attributions that may occur in
operational situations.”According to the CIA, the advantage of the relationship with the
Bureau was thattest subjects could be sought and cultivated within the setting of 
narcotics control.
Some subjects have been informers or members of  suspect criminal
elements from whom the [Bureau of Narcotics] has obtained  results of
operational value through the tests. On the other hand,  the effectiveness of
the substances on individuals at all social  levels, high and low, native
American and foreign, is of great significance  and testing has been
performed on a variety of individuals within these  categories.
A special procedure, designated MKDELTA, was established to govern the use of
MKULTRA materials abroad. Such materials were used on a number of occasions.
Because MKULTRA records were destroyed, it is impossible to reconstruct the
operational use of MKULTRA materials by the CIA overseas; it has been
determined that the use of these materials abroad began in 1953, and possibly
as early as 1950.Drugs were used primarily as an aid to interrogations, but
MKULTRA/MKDELTA materials were also used for harassment, discrediting, or disabling
purposes.
According to an Inspector General Survey of the Technical Services Division of
the CIA in 1957 — an inspection which did not discover the MKULTRA project
involving the surreptitious administration of LSD to unwitting, nonvolunteer
subjects — the CIA had developed six drugs for operational use* and they had
been used in six different operations on a total of thirty-three subjects.
By 1963 the number of operations and subjects had increased substantially.*The Inspector
General’s Report of 1957 on the Technical Services Division noted that “Six specific
products have been developed and are available for operational use. Three of them are
discrediting and disabling materials which can be administered unwittingly and permit the
exercise of a measure of control over the actions of the subject.”5.
The Testing of LSD by the ArmyThere were three major phases in the Army’s testing of LSD.
In the first, LSD was administered to more than 1,000 American soldiers who volunteered to
be subjects in chemical warfare experiments. In the second phase, Material
Testing Program EA 1729, 95 volunteers received LSD in clinical experiments
designed to evaluate potential intelligence uses of the drug. In the third
phase, Projects THIRD CHANCE and DERBY HAT, 16 unwitting nonvolunteer subjects
were interrogated after receiving LSD as part of operational field tests.B.
CIA DRUG TESTING PROGRAMS
 1. The Rationale for the Testing ProgramsThe late 1910s and early 1950s were marked by
concern over the threat posed by the activities of the Soviet Union, the People’s Republic of
China, and other Communist bloc countries.
United States concern over the use of chemical and biological agents by these powers was
acute. The belief that hostile powers had used chemical and biological agents in
interrogations, brainwashing, and in attacks designed to harass, disable, or kill Allied
personnel created considerable pressure for a “defensive” program to investigate chemical
and biological agents so that the intelligence community could understand the
mechanisms by which these substances worked and how their effects could be
defeated.But the defensive orientation soon became secondary.
Chemical and biological agents were to be studied in order “to perfect techniques… for
the abstraction of information from individuals whether willing or not” and in
order to “develop means for the control of the activities and mental
capacities of individuals whether willing or not.” One Agency official noted
that drugs would be useful in order to “gain control of bodies whether they
were willing or not” in the process of removing personnel from Europe in the
event of a Soviet attack.
In other programs, the CIA began to develop, produce, stockpile, and maintain in
operational readiness materials whic could be used to harass, disable, or kill specific
targets. Reports of research and development in the Soviet Union, the People’s Republic
of China, and the Communist Bloc countries provided the basis for the
transmutation of American programs from a defensive to an offensive
orientation.
As the Chief of the Medical Staff of the Central Intelligence
Agency wrote in 1952: There is ample evidence in the reports of innumerable interrogations
that the Communists were utilizing drugs, physical duress, electric shock, and possibly
hypnosis against their enemies. With such evidence it is difficult
not to keep from becoming rabid about our apparent laxity. We are forced by
this mounting evidence to assume a more aggressive role in the development of
these techniques, but must be cautious to maintain strict inviolable control
because of the havoc that could be wrought by such techniques in unscrupulous
hands.
In order to meet the perceived threat to the national security, substantial
programs for the testing and use of chemical and biological agents —
including projects involving the surreptitious administration of LSD to
unwitting nonvolunteer subjects “at all social levels, high and low, native
American and foreign” — were conceived, and implemented.
These programs resulted in substantial violations of the rights of individuals within the
United States.There were no attempts to secure approval for the most controversial
aspects of these programs from the executive branch or Congress. The nature and extent
 of the programs were closely held secrets; even [CIA Director] McCone was not
briefed on all the details of the program involving the surreptitious administration of LSD
until 1963.
It was deemed imperative that these programs be concealed from the American people. 
As the CIA’s Inspector General wrote in 1957: “Precautions must be taken not only to
protect operations from exposure to enemy forces but also to conceal these activities from
the American public in general. The knowledge that the Agency is engaging in unethical and
illicit activities would have serious repercussions in political and diplomatic
circles and would be detrimental to the accomplishment of its mission.”

kept

is
the Monarch
Mind-control programming

For an extremely technical definition of what the Monarch program was: it was used as US
Department of Defense code name for a subsection of the CIA’s Operation Artichoke which
is also known as Project MK-Ultra. However, this technical definition is misleading because
the Monarch programming under various names such as marionette programming has
been going on since the Nazis.

 
 HOW
IT
WORKS
The basic component of the Monarch program is the sophisticated manipulation of the
child’s mind to protect itself from extreme trauma by creating Multiple Personality Disorder.
The most inhumane severe torture is used on children to create extensive MPD. Then the
various alters [personalities) are found and programmed using state of the art mind-control.

Harmonics and sound waves are used to manipulate the RNA covering of neuron pathways
to the subconscious. Harmonic generators code named ‘ether-wave’ are able to imbed
detailed commands which are linked to audible triggers. This is one of the standard features
of the Monarch program. It allows the slaves to be controlled by trigger words which make
no sense or seem to carry no negative connotation to outside listeners.

For instance the words, “Mr. Postman wait and see’ might set off an access sequence so
that a slave living away from its master goes to its master (also called a handler).

Some slaves are turned into sleepers. They live normal lives but perhaps carry out an
assignment 40 years down the road at a prearranged date or a prearranged trigger. Some
of the Illuminati hierarchy have been turned into sleepers so that they can be available when
the AntiChrist begins ruling, to train the large influx of new people into the Illuminati and
Satanism.

Another basic component of the Monarch program is lots of electroshock. Stun guns, staffs
with hidden electric cattle prods, and cattle prods are frequently used on the slaves.
Electroshock is used to create MPD in the creation of the slave, and later it is used to
remove memories after the slave has carried out a mission, or to instill fear and obedience
in a reluctant slave. Slaves generally carry horrible body memories of excruciating
electroshock tortures to their entire bodies. As the slaves begin a therapeutic
deprogramming process they will recover these horrible memories, not to mention many
other painful memories.

DANGERS
INVOLVED
Every Monarch slave has thousands of Internal safety devices {programs, etc.) to prevent
anything from freeing the slave of her or his programming. IF YOU DISCOVER A MONARCH
SLAVE–BE CAREFUL NOT TO TELL THEM WHAT YOU KNOW OR YOU MAY CAUSE
THEM TO COMMIT SUICIDE. If any of the readers of this article do find a Monarch slave I
suggest they call and talk to me about any steps they plan to take. Suicide programs are
attached to all types of things within a Monarch slave. Do not mistakenly think you can
tamper with the programming. Do not think that you can merely tell the slave that you want
to free the person, and expect that they will automatically want your help. Working with
Monarch slaves (also called Marionette survivors) is touchy, like handling ticking bombs. It
also calls for extreme dedication and patience.

OUR
WORK
TO
EXPOSE
IT:
In the summer of 1991, I decided to put out a chapter I had written on a book I was putting
together on Mind Control This chapter was Chapter 3 and concerned the Monarch project.
I put out this chapter in its rough form as a monograph about the Monarch program, and
have mailed out hundreds to people free of charge. Everyone who subscribed to my
newsletter at that time got one. [H: Ah, still no address but we have a clue; this came from
A Newsletter from a Christian Ministry, Dec. 1993]

In the summer of 1993, I began getting information from Mark Phillips concerning the
Monarch program. Mark’s information dove-tailed with what I knew and his information
gave me a greater perspective on things. Mark Phillips has been deprogramming Monarch
Mind-controlled slaves. He and Cathy O’Brien, who was a presidential model slave, have
written over 76 papers on various aspects of the Monarch program. I have some, but not all
of those papers, and I am now going to make the inventory lists available to my newsletter
subscribers. At the end of this article I will reprint Mark’s Information Inventory List. Those
who are interested can either write Mark or contact me. Both Mark and I are extremely busy
– so I don’t know which of us is better to contact. Mark is currently working with at least six
Monarch slaves to deprogram them, and I am working with about the same number on
more of a friendship level to try to be supportive in any way for these people.

A book with excellent documentation exposing the Monarch Project is on the drawing
boards and, when this book comes out, I and others will distribute it. Plans are to provide all

HISTORY
OF
THE
MONARCH
PROGRAMMING
The present day trauma-based mind-control is an outgrowth of practices that the Mystery
Religions practiced in deep secrecy. Satanism has been alive and well for many centuries
but has remained unexposed behind its religious fronts due to the ability of generational
Satanists to create MPD (Multiple Personality Disorder). Many of the European kings were
Satanists who had MPD. The royal families of Denmark, the Netherlands, Spain and
England are all involved with the occult and Satanism. The Romanov family which had
branches in Prussia and Russia was also deeply into the occult. An examination of the
jewelry that the Romanov family had while they ruled Russia is an eye opener. Their jewelry
was very occultic, even though they had a good Christian front for the public.

Unless a Satanist has MPD they will go insane due to the horrifying things that high level
Satanism is involved in doing. Only Satanists with MPD can survive. It goes without saying
then that people in the higher levels of the Illuminati have MPD, but that does not mean they
are highly structured MPDs such as the Monarch slaves. Monarch slaves have their MPD
structured so that they become human computers or human robots – human zombies in a
sense, except that they have front alters that can look and act like most everyone else. The
name Monarch does not derive from its royal heritage, but rather refers to the Monarch
butterfly. Children who are traumatized have their legs tied and are electroshocked and
tortured so that alters (personalities) form that think they are butterflies. This was the original
reason for the name Monarch being attached to this trauma-based mind control.

Under the Nazis, the satanic use of MPD was refined. After W.W.II, the CIA smuggled into
the U.S. German and Italian scientists and specialists who were developing the Monarch
programming. The Monarch programming is also referred to as Marionette programming. A
marionette is a puppet and Nazi German psychologists were working hard at creating the
perfect human puppets. The end result of all the hard work put in by German, Italian,
American and British researchers was the creation of an almost fool-proof, impossible to
detect, human mind-controlled slave.

Over the years since the 1940s, over 1 million Americans underwent Monarch
programming; however, only 40,000 have extremely detailed records kept on them, and are
also entered on a computer data base. Only privileged people have access to that data
base. Reprogramming centers have been set up around the country to insure that any
Monarch slave which might escape can be reprogrammed. The chance of any Mind-
controlled slave escaping is exceptionally small due to the fact that the programming is so
powerful and is so difficult to counteract.

[H: We may as well pause right here and let you in on a ‘biggie’ which some of your regular
readers might have forgotten as well – the WACO fiasco was Just that – a fiasco. That
whole project at Mr. Carmel was an MK-Ultra {Monarch} programming set-up. There were
sleepers involved – only these guys got to working with God and when the programming
said wake up – most of the player puppets DID NOT! IT IS A SMALL WORLD ISN’T IT?]

MEETING
PLACES
Not all Monarch slaves live with their masters. Monarch slaves who live and work apart from
their masters must be accessed, which is done by the use of cryptic keys. I have begun to
identify various localities which are being utilized to access the slaves. I will now discuss
some of these cover activities.

The entire country western music industry is a cover for drug running and the Monarch
program. Many of the country western songs are tailored to be utilized for programming. In
recent years, ‘Karaoke’ singing has become popular in the U.S. Karaoke singing is just one
of several ways that Monarch slaves can be taken away from their homes for accessing,
reprogramming, and for assignments. Various Monarch slaves are becoming acquainted
with each other via this method. If anyone examines the pioneer Karaoke version of such
songs as White Rabbit you will easily see that this film with its song is a tool used by select
Karaoke spots for triggering Monarch slaves who have ‘Alice in Wonderland’ programming.
Alice in Wonderland programming and The Wizard of Oz programming are two popular
base programs still in use today. Walt Disney productions have played a major role in the
Monarch program and some of their children’s films are being deliberately constructed with
Monarch triggers and keys.

Besides using Karaoke Bars as a place to secretly bring Monarch slaves in for accessing,
the Illuminati uses fraternal meetings and churches. Some churches have lights and other
items which reinforce and interact with the programming the Monarch slaves have. Church
leaders will say buzz words and use hand signals to interact with the Monarch slaves who
have been ordered to attend these churches.

In the Portland area, we have a man in his twenties who is named Rex who has the job of
accessing Monarch slaves and bringing them into one of the five reprogramming centers. I
have been in the process of identifying where these centers are located. I have had the
opportunity also to identify two of the programmers in this area, one is a middle-aged man
named Ed, who uses his sales work with meat as a cover.

PURPOSES
FOR
THE
SLAVES
The most important duty of the Monarch slaves is to perpetuate the horrible secret satanic
activity of the Illuminati. Much of the horrible deeds of the Illuminati would be impossible for
a normal person to do, but someone who is Monarch programmed and who is so
controlled that they will not even have the most common human feeling of self-preservation,
these slaves can be gotten to do the evil dirty work. Bear in mind that ‘snuff’ films and other
gross things are being made daily and Monarch slaves can help with this type stuff. Slaves
are also used in the regular entertainment industry because they have no moral barriers to
orders and because they have photographic memories to learn their lines. Slaves are used
in professional, college and high school sports, such as baseball and basketball. Slaves are
used in the military as hard core soldiers (and they can’t be beat for suicide missions), and
by the intelligence agencies as spies. Slaves are used for drug running, money laundering,
prostitution, pornography and acting. The slaves are also good for shooting up people and
places to insure stiff anti-gun legislation is enacted and that the public is scared and
dysfunctional.

The newer slaves that I am seeing have got various kinds of Alien programming, so that
they believe aliens are communicating to them in their heads. The various alien programs
appear to be part of a vast scheme to create a strong belief in aliens and to create a mock
alien invasion to provide justification for a strong One-World-Government.

COVER-UP
Because the public has suffered so many atrocities from Monarch slaves who have gone
berserk or who have carried out horrendous assignments, the CIA launched a secret
COVER-UP project called Operation
Armageddon to convince people that the Monarch
slaves are demonic possessed people who are merely the result of an influx of evil
supernatural forces in the end times. Although Christians realize that Satan is working
overtime in these last days, the world is not undergoing an influx of new demonic forces, so
much as it is simply coming under the stronger domination of evil forces.

The CIA has also targeted psychologists who are trying to advance therapies to help
Monarch victims. So far American psychologists are losing about 95% of the Monarch
victims who come to them for help. Only a few of the over 1 million people programmed
have ever been successfully deprogrammed. That is not to say that efforts are not
underway to rectify that, but the solution is hard enough to apply even without the
interference of the Illuminati and the government intelligence agencies which work for them.

One of the most interesting items for me to observe is how professional and smooth the
secrecy that covers the Monarch programming has been. Very little over the years has been
done to arouse suspicions. Monarch slaves carry out their assignments and are accessed
right under the noses of ordinary people. Even when ordinary people observe Monarch
slaves, they are incapable of accessing what they are seeing because people interpret
events from their own frame of reference.

OWNERS
People in the Illuminati, even some of the neophytes at the lowest levels are allowed the of
privilege of owning a Monarch slave. The various smaller occult groups have learned the
basics of Monarch programming and are now carrying out their own programming. One of
the these is the KKK, which is covered in a previous article in this newsletter.

An owner of a slave will ordinarily carry a stun gun (up to 200,000 volts DC) to erase the
memory of his slave, and they will also carry a black or grey spiral book with all their own
slave’s access codes, triggers, cryptic keys and programs. All this will fit into a briefcase. A
working knowledge of hypnosis is helpful to understand how to deal with the slave in
certain instances. Because the slave is under the most powerful combinations of mind-
control and is so divided against his or her own self, it is almost impossible to have many
problems with the slave if the handler does what he is supposed to do. However, some
handlers get drunk or loan the slave to inexperienced people, etc., and problems do
develop. Of course the slaves always end up taking the blame for everything that goes
wrong.
In other words: a briefcase with the programming book and stun gun are basically all that is
needed to control a Monarch slave for the rest of his or her life.

Some of these stun guns are only a few inches long and look like boxes.

SEXUAL
SLAVE
ALTERS
Kittens and cat alters are frequently the sexual alters. Sexual alters and sexual slave models
are frequently labeled Betas. The Illuminati found out how to create women with insatiable
sexual appetites. This is done via torture and rape early in the child’s life. After the initial
personality splits, using rape and electroshock, the father figure {called ‘Daddy’ by many
Monarch slaves) carries out repeated sex (incest) to develop the sexual desire. Experts in
sex will often give ‘finishing lessons’ to the slaves so that the sexual alters can perform
incredible sexual feats with which normal prostitutes are not likely to be able to begin to
compare. Marilyn Monroe was a Monarch Sex slave. It is public knowledge that she was
sexually abused as an orphan, but it has been skillfully kept from the public that she was a
Presidential Model Monarch Slave. President Kennedy found her more entertaininstyleg
than Jackie, which is no surprise.

VICTIMS
 

Monarch victims have structured MPD. Their MPD may be detected through a whole
range of clues. It is not within the scope of this paper to give all the many clues and
indications of MPD, but the following might be tip-offs:
the person changes tastes and behavior and is self-contradictory in what they
say they like.
the person believes that aliens are talking inside their heads.
the person is not able to comfortably watch certain films such as the Wizard of
Oz, or Alice in Wonderland or some other particular non-horror movie.
The list of clues could go on for a long ways on how to detect structured MPD.
Older ones may have tattoos with a Monarch butterfly. (This applies to CIA and
Government Models especially.) Since the 1970s most Monarch victims have no
longer been tattooed but wear butterfly barrettes, large butterfly ear rings, pins,
necklaces, bracelets, or embroidered insignias. Illuminati Monarch slaves often do not
have any tattoos because their bodies have to be blemish free to be qualified for the
higher ranks within the Illuminati.
Victims will have scars of various kinds on their bodies, including multiple electric prod
scars or the resultant moles on their bodies. The type of scarring that these victims
have is a long subject just in itself.
When the victims get memory most if not all victims have participated in weird sex
and pornography.
Monarch victims suffer all types of problems, including confusion, fears, headaches,
 program-induced medical problems, hurting feet, dizziness, seeing black and white
spots, etc., etc.
Men who are active in the programming will often have multiple marriages and will
most often then marry a woman of striking appearance and who is much younger –
but with little show of emotional attachment.

SUMMARY
This is a very brief look at the Monarch programming. This Mind-control is a very serious
threat to survival of civilization as we know it. There are many more sophisticated mind-
control techniques such as using microwaves hooked to a computer, and brain stem
implants, and still other methods, but the Monarch type of trauma-based Mind Control
programming is likely to be around for a long time. Today this programming can be carried
out in a house or other small facility, making it a highly possible cottage industry of the 21st
century. Following this article, I will have a question-and-answer section on commonly
asked questions on the Monarch programming, and then that will be followed up with an
article about a specific Monarch slave being used as a spy against us.

Are
many

Yes, mind-controlled slaves are often the culprits to these seemingly ‘random’ events. The
reason I can give that answer is that I know to some degree what the insiders are planning.
But when a person is very familiar with how Monarch mind-controlled slaves act one can
also pick tiny clues that would tend to support my yes answer. When I listen or read about
current murders there are frequently clues that would often point that direction.
An example of a case which a brother recently brought to my attention is Mark Chapman
who killed John Lennon. The book Who Killed John Lennon by Fenton Bresler shows that
Mark was put under some type of CIA mind control. On pages 174 and 221 of the book
one gets some glimpses of Mark’s fascination for the Wizard of Oz.

The lyrics of the Beatles’ songs (also used for Monarch programming) were also important
to him. (Remember how Charles Masson – also a Monarch program victim – liked the lyrics
of the Beatles music in his own weird way?) Bresler writes about Mark Chapman (p. 220-
221), ‘…Mark did a strange thing: he set up, on a bureau in his room, a display of his most
treasured possessions … They were designed to show the police the ‘real’ Mark when, as
he anticipated, they later entered the room after he had accomplished the murder … there
was a movie still from The Wizard of Oz showing the young Judy Garland as Dorothy wiping
away the Cowardly Lion’s tears with ‘To Dorothy’ written on it in Mark’s own handwriting.’
Basically, all the Monarch Mind-controlled slaves I have worked with have set up displays
with memorabilia/knick-knacks of items associated with the type of programming they have
had.

Q:
How
many
Christians
know
about
this?

Rebecca Brown in her last book talks about someone who has escaped from the Temple of
Set. Her description of the person indicates that the person was a Monarch slave. Whether
Rebecca Brown knows about the Monarch program she has at least tried to work with one
of its victims.
Bob Larson on a recent show had a Monarch person call in. This Monarch victim had
different alters speak to Bob on a couple of different days. How much Bob Larson knows is
hard to pin-point – but he was saying various things on the show that indicated to me that
he knew some of the treatment process that psychologists are offering to victims of MPD.
Bill Schnoebelen, who has a Christian ministry and who had written several informative
books on the occult, and who was not from a generational satanic family but who was
allowed to reach the neophyte level of the Illuminati is familiar with the Monarch program. I
will be sharing more with him about it in the future.
Christians who are in ministry where they deal with Satanism are going to encounter
Monarch victims, whether they realize what they are working with or not.
Christian psychologists who have bumped into the Monarch program’s victims are under
professional standards not to talk about their clients, and they by-and-large have only
spoken to their peers about what is going on. My guess is that there are only around 100
Christian psychologists nation-wide who specialize in disassociative disorders such as
structured MPD.
In summary, although there are some very knowledgeable people who know about the
Monarch program, knowledge of it has not reached people in general. Percentage wise
perhaps 1 Christian in a thousand knows about the program. When one considers how
dangerous this Monarch project is and yet how it is still a secret, then one realizes that our
work is cut out to inform the public while there is still a chance.

No, MPD has been clinically proven. Anyone can look up in the DSM-3 or DSM-4, which is
the standard work for mental health professions, and you will see that MPD has been
scientifically identified and recognized. Anyone who really gets to know what they are
working with – that is if they really get into working with Monarch victims for a long period of
time – then he or she will realize that the MPD is for real, and that it is not demonic
possession. That doesn’t mean demons are not attached, because demons are certainly

got wind through the patriot ‘grapevine’ that Bo Gritz was planning to come to Portland and
make a big production in confronting me. Supposedly by confronting me unexpectedly he
could make me look bad. Afterwards I got further news that he had decided not to come
but simply to confront me with a phone call.

That has not happened, so I imagine his handler and the CIA are trying to make sure they
have his programming protected before he confronts someone like me. Depending on what
the situation is, I might feel obliged to try to shake up his programming.

Anyway, I would like to go easy on Bo, because he is only following orders and his front
alters do not know what he is all about. Further, I do not suggest readers of this newsletter
confront Bo with too much because, like many Monarch slaves, the exposure may lead to

is going to cause the suffering of a lot of people.

Bo Gritz lives in Nevada. He has an airport and an airplane in his yard at Sandy Valley, NV.
He flies all over the country. Bo got a temple recommend from the local Mormon
bishop, EVEN THOUGH HE DOESN’T EVER ATTEND CHURCH THERE. That is unusual,
and smacks of CIA pull. Although Bo and his wife, Claudia, have joined the Mormon church
(on orders from his handler},

Bo Gritz went to Pastor Pete Peters’ church in Colorado and was also baptized into Pete’s
Christian church. This double-mindedness may simply be the result of Bo having Multiple
Personality Disorder, or it may be due to instruction given to some alters by his handler. Bo
never told Pete that he was a temple-recommend Mormon when Pete was baptizing him.
When Bo speaks to Seedliners he is supportive of the seedline doctrine which believes
Eve’s sin was copulation with Satan thereby producing a race of unredeemable half-demon
‘Jews’.
America West and its tabloid Phoenix Liberator were supportive of Bo’s presidential
campaign. IT IS KNOWN BY SOME OF US THAT THE CIA IS PROMOTING SPACE
RELIGION, SO THIS WHOLE AREA NEEDS INVESTIGATION. JUST WHAT WENT ON
BETWEEN AMERICA WEST, Bo GRITZ AND THE CIA?

would certainly like to know because America West’s George Green have stolen, outright,
around half a million or more dollars directly from the ones he lied to, thieved from and

PRESENCE OF CHRIST ENERGY in his presence so he ran away from California to Nevada
as rapidly as his big Chrysler would take him when it was going to get tight for him.

Who are his handlers and how about his wife? Well, he gets a bit confused in his stories
end even if just telling a story his facts will not match twice out of ten times. The LIGHT OF
TRUTH will always back-off the bastard adversarial workers.

Did George KNOW? Well, he certainly DID when he skived the gold and now argues into
infinity that he somehow bought it from himself, was given it as a secret gift, bought it from

The cases in legal ongoings also seem to go on into infinity as he accumulates ones who
work the system without morals or integrity. He made his own bargains with the evil
adversary – he also made his own dealings, while selling out everybody who passed this
way, and bargains with those who would share his programs including Bo Gritz.

Bo has been noted to not remember people from one setting to another. This is simply his
MPD. Bo has also been noted to speak differently at different places. In eastern U.S., Bo
tells people he is a born-again Christian and that they should ‘forget about your guns, just
love the Lord Jesus Christ.’ But in Utah, Bo Gritz speaks as if he were a die-hard Mormon.

Bo Gritz has been teaching people self-defense training which he calls SPIKE training.
However, at a SPIKE training around Oct., ‘93 Bo Gritz was teaching people how to break
into all kinds of locks, and sold people illegal lock-smithing tools at a discount. What is
behind this? Bo Gritz has been strongly denying to the people he leads that ‘there is no
such thing as black, unmarked helicopters, UN troops, handcuffs, shackles, and guillotines,
or concentration camps.’ These
things
do
exist,
a
great
deal
of
witnesses
have
reported
these
things.

Bo Gritz denies in his newsletter that he is a CIA agent. Linda Thompson and Bill Cooper,
who are two people exposing the NWO, both claim to have proof that he is a CIA agent. I
don’t know that that is any secret. I heard Bo say on a radio interview here in Portland, “I
am an intelligence agent.” He has said it himself, at least one of his alters said it. When Bo
gives a speaking engagement, people who attend have been video-taped. When asked
about this Bo has told people not to worry about it.

Again, as a final note, I have learned about Bo Gritz from the best of sources. People simply
need to be aware that a civil war is going on in the CIA, and some of the CIA are trying to
dismantle the NWO from within. They know exactly what Bo Gritz is, and if you have read
last issue of this newsletter or this issue, then you know too.

I would offer one more observation about Bo, however. He took the most insulting
approach to my people in quoting the most stupid and garbage material from a set-up story
by the Associated Press – and used it on his radio program. However, when an Associated
Press series of articles about him were run – he was indignant and spent days on his radio
talking about the controlled and lying media. To what type of article do I refer?

Gritz ran an unsuccessful campaign for president in 1992. He also served as an

intermediary in the surrender of white separatist Randy Weaver after a deadly firefight with
U.S. marshals in northern Idaho in August 1992. Gritz conducts paramilitary training in
Oregon called SPIKE sessions, or Specially Prepared Individuals for Key Events, the
coalition said.

The training grew out of his role in the Weaver case, which ended in Weaver’s acquittal last
year on all charges related to the shootout and ensuing 11-day standoff.

ignores teaching them how to think, or analyze, for themselves! This is totally planned as a

Program: Wizard
of
Oz.

There are several sites that speak about the Illuminati program entitled The Wizard of Oz.
These sites compare the movie to the mind control program and by the modern definition of
occult to various aspects of satanism and or witchcraft even correctly identifying two or
three of the main trigger phrases.
CWIM (Covenant Warriors International Ministries) salutes their hard work and effort. CWIM
by the Holy Ghost strives to go beyond comparison to full understanding, thereby, being
able to actually deprogram the infected Insider(s) and body as a whole. The Lord Jesus has
most graciously brought this about; in fact, HE has supplied the full documentation of the
actual program as written by the Grand Master Programmer during the programming
session. Thus, we

no
movie
comparison
but
the
real
actual
full
program.

For the curious non-CWIM partner we will reveal

only
a
basic
overview. Understand that
our partnerships are more designed as an attempt to not let every Illuminati or satanic
coven know how much we know and thereby causing them to make changes within the
program structure. Some may think that since the program is already installed that it is a
done deal. Let me assure you this is only partially true due to the “Hour Glass” sub-routine
in the program. It is also because Safe Houses are very expensive to operate, even though
we draw NO salary or pay of any kind.

The Wizard of Oz mind control program theme is a marionette program, despite the fact
that the Grand Master Programmer writes in the opening description that it is a monarch
program. For clarification I refer the reader to our programming deprogramming summary
page.

There are also variations of the Oz program some suggest there are 14 because there 14
different Wizard of Oz books. I cannot confirm or deny these variations, except the one that
most leave out, The Whiz; the black musical version of the same but with different triggers
and additional covers. The variation I speak of is between the full version, a two week non-
stop programming session and the five day or the three day modified versions.

The Oz program is a build type program; it is installed in a series of multiple subroutines. A

subroutine is a block of code that is itself a small program within the overall program. An
example would be your ‘morning routine’. You get out bed, go to the bathroom, comb your
hair, brush your teeth, decide and put on your clothes; each part is a subroutine of your
morning routine.

Each part (subroutine) is connected in our mind to each other. We do them in our specific
order with little change. But each part (subroutine of our self made and learned program)
can be done at anytime within the overall morning program and if desired or needed can be
entirely left out. To further ensure understanding: if you get up late, you may not brush your
teeth. The brushing your teeth subroutine is simply left out of your morning program. So
you have a modified morning program. From a programmers view point this is a wonderful
thing because the programmer can order the sub-routines in ALMOST any order and or
leave out a subroutine(s). This also allows an Oz sub-routine to be a stand alone program or
inserted within another smaller less or more nasty program.

The sub-routine structure incorporated with the 15-20 ‘in-structure’ program triggers, the
several hidden programmable triggers, and the included expandable sub-routine is what
makes this program an old time Illuminati favorite and one of the most, if not the most
widely used programs in the world.
As previously mentioned 3 or 4 of the many ‘in structure’ triggers are fairly easy to find on
the internet. To save the reseacher, Deliverance Minister, Deprogrammer, or Therapist time,
we have only found the same 3-4 triggers; the known triggers are common knowledge. The
researcher, Deliverance Minister, Therapist should totally understand that the programmed
Insider(s) does NOT know the program triggers.

I’m aware that this is undesirable by many good individuals who have in fact gotten the
normal known triggers from an Insider (Alter) and even from an ‘ex-programmer’ and or an
Insider (Alter) that is one of the system re-programmers but the fact remains that deception
is satan’s number one tool. Which is the same as blindness for true deception requires that
the deceived does not know their deceived; if they knew they wouldn’t be deceived but an
accomplice.

The other reasoning’s for the programee to not know is fairly obvious but we explain it in our
first partnership level. Though the understanding of all mind control programs is critical to
healing the Multiple Personality or Dissociative Identity person full knowledge and better still
coupled with actual understanding of the Wizard of Oz program theme greatly enhances
the ability to comprehend many other programs increasing the speed of recovery while
decreasing the normally very high probability of being deceived. Furthermore, this is one
very effective and very nasty program that is installed in virtually every MPD or DID.

To show you the depths that this mind control program can go we have placed this picture
of the Land of OZ and its surrounding countries. However, even in understanding the bare
basics of this map is Level 2 understanding (CWIM Archangel Level). The accurate
understanding in greater detail including most triggers and the ways of deprograming or
