1. Delivery and Completion Schedule

The delivery period shall start as of the date of receipt of Advance Payment.

2. Technical Specifications

3.1 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (for all lots):

3.1.1 Climatic Conditions in the Republic of Uzbekistan

Average temperature in summer is (+36 °C);

Maximum temperature in summer is (+50 °C);
Average temperature in winter is (-6 °C);
Minimum temperature in winter is (-33 °C);
Average annual precipitation is 350 mm.

3.1.2 Standards

The offered goods shall be brand new and of the latest production. Wherever reference is
made in the Technical Specifications to specific standards and codes to be met by the goods
and materials to be furnished or tested, the provisions of the latest current edition or revision
of the relevant shall apply, unless otherwise expressly stated in the Contract. Where such
standards and codes are national or relate to a particular country or region, other
authoritative standards that ensure substantial equivalence to the standards and codes
specified will be acceptable.

3.1.3 Accessories and spare parts

Offered goods shall be supplied along with standard ZIP-packs or accessories, which are
considered as standard and are supplied by the manufacturer with each unit.

3.1.4 Technical documentation for maintenance and repair of the supplied goods

The Bidder shall provide technical documentation and Technical Specifications for
performing maintenance and operating repair of the supplied goods by the maintenance
technicians of the Consignee. Such documentation shall include but not be limited to
drawings, technical specifications of the devices and their spare parts, troubleshooting
information, safety instructions, spare parts catalogues, etc. that allow the maintenance
technicians of the Consignee to conduct maintenance and operating repair in strict
compliance with goods specifications. The Bidder shall state the list and content of
documentation to be provided together with the Goods. All documents should be
accompanied with Russian translation.

3.1.5 Taking-Over Inspection and Quality Guarantee

Upon receipt of goods along with spare parts at the acceptance point of delivery, the
Purchaser or his representative shall organize Taking over Inspection to verify the
conformance of the supplied goods along with spare parts.

Any deviation from the version of the specifications described in this document and valid on
the bid opening day, shall be eliminated for free by the Supplier without any expenses from
the side of the Purchaser, irrespective of the moment of period, during which the original
Purchaser possessed the property right, when such deviation was revealed.

3.1.6 Availability of service centers

The Bidder shall have an authorized agent or service center in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The service center shall have adequate technical personnel to conduct technical servicing
and maintenance of supplied goods.

3.1.7 Assembling services

The Bidder shall assemble all supplied goods at point of delivery indicated by the Purchaser.
Assembling services include unpacking, interconnection of different parts, and accessories.

(a) Inspection of technical specifications of all component, connections,

configuration, set-up, etc.;
(b) proper functioning of all components of goods assembled;

3.1.8 Pre-shipment Inspection

The Bidder is responsible for pre-shipment inspection of goods offered. The cost of obtaining
the pre-shipment inspection certificate shall be included in the Bid Price.

3.1.9 Certification

The Supplier shall be responsible for receipt of the following document for supplied goods:

- The Certificate of Compliance issued by UzGosStandart.

3.2 Detailed Technical Specifications

Note: Statement of Compliance column is to be completed by the Bidder. The Bidder shall
state “comply” if the terms offered are completely in compliance with the specification. If the
good offered does not comply, the deviations to the specifications should be noted in this
column against the item concerned.
