1.Introduction
Brand: BST
Model: BST103
Voltage: 12V
Weight: 1.0 KG
Components: Main unit, main cable, battery light cable (2m), fly wires (3 pins terminal female+2 pins terminal), fly
wires (3pin terminal male+2pin terminal)
Automobile sensors testing simulator combines functions of BST101 voltage sensor simulator and BST102 resistance sensor
simulator.
It is used for circuit and sensors’ testing, and to tell you problem is in sensors or in ECU. Auto scanner can give you code
meaning, but can not show you accurate problem, and then technicians need to check by themselves.

But it wastes sensors and money to use new sensors for check, we create this simulator in order to help workshop owners
save money and sensors, and help technicians find problem accurately based on upon reason.
The automobile sensors simulator is mainly used for quick output voltage and resistance value, and can be used to simulate
and adjust the voltage and resistance value. With BST103 sensor testing simulator, technicians can give command to ECU ,
and can increase or decrease voltage and resistance value to check data stream of sensors by auto scanner or check ECU
work properly.

6) Check DPF filter is good or not (diesel particulate filter)
Use this simulator to be instead of diesel particulate filter
7) Check TPS sensor is good or not
Use this simulator to be instead of TPS sensor.
Remove wire socket from sensor, and connect signal lines of fly wires of automobile sensor simulator with
pin of wire socket that connects with ECU.
Run engine, enter menu of automobile sensor simulator to choose different sensors simulation.
In order to know how to connect signal line of fly wires of automobile sensors simulator with ECU, please
read manual.

MAP sensor 02
I. How to connect signal lines of fly wires of automobile sensor simulator with wire.
Use multi-meter machine to check voltage of sensor and find out signal.
How to do?
Remove TPS sensor’s wire socket from sensor.
Use a multi-meter machine and select it to voltage test.
Connect red wire of multi-meter with battery power.
Connect black wire of multi-meter with body of the car.
Switch on key of car, but do not start engine.
TPS sensor has three lines.
Use multi-meter machine to check voltage of three lines on TPS sensor one by one.
5 V is power supplier, O V is natural, and last one is signal.
B. Use 5 V power line of fly wires of automobile sensor simulator to connect with wire of 5V power supply from
socket.
Use OV ground line of fly wires of automobile sensor simulator to connect with wire of OV natural from socket.
Use signal line of fly wires of automobile sensor simulator to connect with wire of signal from socket.
Notes: The wire socket connects with ECU
II. How to simulate in the vehicle and test problem of engine misfire
After connecting well between signal line of fly wires of automobile voltage simulator with wires that connect with
ECU, start engine.
Enter the first menu of volt of sensors simulator--- MAP 01
Use upon key ↑ and down key ↓ to change digits of voltageMAP (0.1, 01
0.2, 0.3....)
Use left key ← and right key → to change tens of voltage (10, 20, 30 ,...)
If engine runs well, we can judge TPS sensor gets problem, we need to change sensor.
If engine can’t run well, we need to enter the second menu----- MAP 02
If engine can’t run well after we use second menu, we can judge ECU has problem.
Use upon key ↑ and down key ↓ to change digits of voltage (0.1, 0.2, 0.3....)
Use left key ← and right key → to change tens of voltage (10, 20, 30....)

B. Use signal line of fly wires of automobile sensors simulator to connect with wire of signal of socket that connects
with ECU. Other two lines of fly wires of automobile sensors simulator do not need to connect.
II. How to simulate in the vehicle to test mass or volume air flow circuit malfunction
After connecting well between signal lines of fly wires of automobile sensors simulator with wire of socket that
connects with ECU, start engine.
Enter the fifth menu of automobile voltage simulator--- MAF SEN
Use upon key ↑ and down key ↓ to change digits of voltage (0.1, 0.2, 0.3....)

I. How to connect signal lines of fly wires of automobile sensor simulator with wire
How to do?
Remove pressure sensor’s wire socket from sensor.
Use signal line of fly wires of automobile sensors simulator to connect with center wire of pressure sensor that
connects with ECU.
II. How to simulate in the vehicle and test DPF filter is good or not.
After connecting well between signal line of fly wires of automobile sensors simulator with wire that connects with
ECU, start engine.
Enter the eighth menu of automobile sensors simulator--- D.P.F 2
Use upon key ↑ and down key ↓ to change digits of voltage (0.1, 0.2, 0.3....)
Use left key ← and right key → to change tens of voltage (10, 20, 30...)
6. RESIS
Resistance style sensor signals can be simulated in the vehicle for trouble diagnosis.
This allows the sensor to be isolated for circuit testing. This will allow you to turn on and off this electronic fan for air
condition repair trouble finding etc, ... Low or high temperature signals, can be produced to test other component
reactions.
Automobile sensors simulator can be used to instead of following sensors to test:
1). TPS SENSOR
2). O2 SENSOR
3). ABS SENSOR
4). MAP SENSOR
5). AIR FLOW SENSOR
6). APS SENSOR
7). COOLANT SENSOR
