Datasheet: VIP

VIP is an application targeted to measure the quality of service offered to a specific set of predefined customers. This group of customers
can be a list of VIPs, a group of high value customers, a fleet of customers with a specific plan or a specific service level agreement, or any
list of subscribers you may wish.

VIP is targeted to fulfil 3 main goals:

1. Provide a clear and deep view of the quality of service offered to the listed customers
2. Provide a clear view of the services used by those customers
3. Enable the qualification and retrieval of each and every activity of each subscriber in order to respond precisely to their complaints

Key Features

VIP provides detailed information about the services that are

used and the quality of service offered over the networks
whether they are 2G, 2.5G or 3G. This information is
especially organised to allow the user to:

ensure Service Level Agreement compliance using

usual or customized Key Performance Indicators

identify subscribers whose ARPU could be

increased and identify ways to develop this revenue

identify high value subscribers who are experiencing

bad quality of services, identify which problems are
faced and then provide appropriate corrective
actions

As soon as a Processing Server receives a new protocol frame All these features are:
from a probe, the frame is decoded and related to the activity of

all protocol frames related to VIP are cyclically saved
in files available for further processing if needed
3 specific dashboards are also available:
the Churn Risk Analysis which highlights customers
who may cancel their subscription (ex: people who
generate a lot of transaction but experiencing low
QOS)
the Premium VIP Analysis which highlights high value
customers (ex: people who generate a lot of
transaction and experiencing good QOS)
the Revenue Development Analysis which highlights
customers who must receive special customer care in
order to expand their ARPU (ex: people who generate
few transactions and experiencing good QOS)

The Customer/Group Benchmarking dashboard allows user to

compare behaviours of different groups.

All these dashboards:
