• Evaluation of products and solutions catering to group-wide requirements. These evaluations involve
vendor identification, RFP design, product-vendor finalization, commercial discussions, negotiations and
contracting.
• Handled budgeting and transfer pricing for IT at ICICI Bank as additional responsibility.

Key Projects
• Retail Banking Solutions
o Gathered and analysed business requirement and gap for need of CRM solution across multiple
business groups at ICICI. Evaluated & negotiated with various vendors for CRM product.
Demonstrated annual benefits to the extent of Rs 12 crores by implementation of this solution for
sales and marketing functions of these business groups.
o Evaluated and acquired an enterprise search tool for customer facing websites of ICICI Group.

o Acquired Online trade finance portal to enable STP of trade products from submission of request
