Job Context

 The Rural Development Organization (RDS) is a national level non-

governmental organization that has been implementing various developmental
activities including education, health and microcredit in poverty reduction since
last 1993. The organization will be appointed on an emergency basis in the
work area of the organization for the MRA certification and for the micro credit
program run by PKSF.
 ActionLink: Sherpur, Jamalpur, Mymensingh, Tangail and Gazipur districts.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

 Graduation in the Department of Commerce.

Experience Requirements:

 At least two years in the relevant position

Job Requirements:

 Age highest 35 years

 There should be at least 1 (one) year working experience in the accountant's
office in the partner organization / micro-credit organization of the Rural
Action-Supporting Foundation.
 MS Word, Excel, and computers have to be proficient in Bangla and Erarezi
writing.
 Bicycling mentality should be.
 At the time of employment, 8000 / - as refundable security and two persons
will be signed as guarantee.
 In the absence of the staff, there should be a mindset of managing the loan at
the field level.
 Must have accountability, implementation of loan programs and supervision
skills according to management needs and plans.

Salary Range:

 During the 6 months of the beginning of the program, 16800 / - (16 thousand
eight hundred rupees) Based on the evaluation of the candidate's qualification
or performance, the probationary age can be reduced / increased.

Other Benefits:

repair costs, medical and food allowances and others) at the end of the training
period.
 All facilities (annual increments, annual festival allowances, Baishakhi
