COMMITTEE (HDG-PRC) AND TECHNICAL WORKING TEAM (TWT)

By virtue of Section 5.12 paragraph (e) of the By-Laws empowering the Board to delegate to the Chairman,
President and/other officers, as well as to any committee or committees any delegable powers it may deem
advisable to create any power that it has or might have , as it may deem convenient for the advantage and benefit
of the corporation, the Public Relations Committee is thereby created to discharge the following functions:

1. Develop and implement Communication and Relations Strategy of HDG;

2. Serve as a knowledge and resource platform in terms of PR; and
3. Increase the internal and external visibility and impact of all actions carried within HDG.

Further, to facilitate the smooth operation and implement the resolutions of such Committee, a Technical Working
Team (TWT) is likewise formed.

Therefore, be informed of the composition of House of David Group- Public Relations Committee (HDG-PRC) and
the Technical Working Team (TWT) , to wit:
