Introduction E-Services

Investors can avail the following services:


KIZAD E-Services portal is for investors to raise
the Service Request’s online. Request for Land Lease, Pre-built Warehouse &
Freezone Office.
Request a Detailed Planning Application form &
Pre Development Site Plan.
The portal allows investors to view all the services
Request a No Objection Certificate and Permit to
offered by KIZAD under Freezone & Non- Freezone area.
Work.
Request/Upload Letters.
Technical & Non-Technical Queries.
Investors can also track the status of requested services.
Licensing – True Copy Attestation, Memorandum &
Articles of Association – Amendment ( Applicable
for only Freezone Area. )
The portal also allows investors to view and download
Apply for an ID Card, Access Card, Employment Visa,
the documents requested or provided by KIZAD as part and Visit Visa ( Applicable for only Freezone Area. )
of the process.
Please note: KIZAD E-Services portal works best with
Chrome, Internet Explorer 11 and Edge browser.

KIZAD Portal E-Services

1 2 1 Click ‘E-Services’ from ww.kizad.com,


to view and apply for online
services. This page will redirect user
on kizad.maqta.ae, which provides
login option for registered
customers or open application
forms for new customers.

2 Click on ‘Contact Us’ to send any


enquiry or feedback related to
business or online services.

On clicking the required option will


redirect users to KIZAD E-Services
to either login, enquire or provide
feedback.

1 Enter username & password

3 Apply to lease land for industrial activities.

Freezone area.

Please note - User will be asked to change


the default password provided by KIZAD
when login for the first time.

This page is for Existing Customer to Login

1 All ‘Submitted’, ‘Closed’, ‘Approved with

based on ‘Date from’ & ‘Date to’.

selection i.e. Date or Project.
5 A quick snapshot of the four latest news.
6 User’s last three submissions.
7 Click to view all the service requests submission
by the investor online.
8 Mini Catalog that provides a service description
of the respective service name on the flip.

It’s a panel on the left of the portal screen. It displays all the catego-
ries of Services which can be availed after login.

for query response.

Detailed Planning Application helps customer to get docu-
ments reviewed for assessing the plot for leasing and
starting a project.
Section A - Pre Development Site Plan E-Services

1 Click service to raise the request.

or Contractor – one selection is mandatory.
4 Upload single or multiple documents – at least
one document must be attached.
5 Clear all the values in the field with the ‘Reset’
button.
6 Save the form as a draft .
7 Submit request by clicking the ‘Submit’ button.

Note: In case of ‘Revise & Resubmit’ status of this sub-


mission, click ‘Feedback’ or ‘Resubmit’ under ‘All Submis-
sion’ for query response.

Pre Development Site Plan Application helps

Section A - No Objection Certificate (NOC) E-Services

1 Click to request for No Objection Certificate from

2 Select Project Name/ Description from the
dropdown menu.
3 Select the type of NOC

4 Select a contact, including Focal Point, Consultant


or Contractor – one selection is mandatory.
5 Upload documents as required by each type
of NOC.
6 Clear all the values in the field with the ‘Reset’
button.
7 Save the form as a draft to edit in the future.
8 Submit request by clicking the ‘Submit’ button.

4 5 6 7 8 NOC Application is for requesting a specific type of


NOC from KIZAD for the Project.

1 Click to request for Permit to Work from KIZAD.

optional.
7 Clear all the values in the field entered with
‘Reset’ button.
8 Save the form as draft for the later to edit.
9 Submit request with ‘Submit’ button.

Request/Upload Letters is for requesting or
uploading any Letter required as a part of the project.

1 Click to request either ID/Access Card.

dropdown.

4 Select a contact ( Focal Point ).

5 Enter the Applicant’s details.

6 Attach the required documents.

7 Clear all the values entered in the field with


‘Reset’ button.

8 Submit the request with ‘Submit’ button.

Section A - Employment / Visit Visa E-Services

1 Click to request the Visa.

3 Select a contact from the category of Focal Point.

requirements.
5 Enter the mandatory details of the applicant.
6 Upload the necessary documents required
for visa.
7 Clear all the values in the field with the ‘Reset’
button.
8 Save the form as a draft to edit in the future.
9 Submit request by clicking the‘Submit’ button.

Section A - Freezone – Licensing Request E-Services

1 Click to request for License related service

3 Select the contact (Focal Point).
4 Select the Service from the dropdow.
5 Upload the required documents for the
respective service.
6 Clear all the values entered in the form with
‘Reset’ button.
7 Save the form as draft for the later to edit.

8 Submit the request with ‘Submit’ button.

Licensing is a services specific for Freezone Service.


True copy Attestation or Memorandum and Article of

Section B - My Submission E-Services

1 Click to view the list of all the service requests.

3 Select the main service.
4 Select the sub-service related to main service.
5 Select Freezone or NonFreezone.
6 Enter the submission no. generated at the time
of submission.
7 All the raised service request can be viewed
with the respective information.
8 Click to view the details of the submission
based on status.
Note: If status is ‘Revise & Resubmit’ then under ‘View’
column, click Feedback or Resubmit for action.
If status is ‘Draft’ & want to delete, click the icon under
‘View’ to delete.

quest and its respective status. Click ‘My Submission(s)’ in
the left panel.

1 Click to view the list of all documents
