On my 2nd day I got a chance to meet the grade 5,
the advisee of Mrs. Cristina Monticalvo. She was a
very warm and kind teacher. I used to ask her for a
copy of a TOS and she gave me a copy as ease. She’s
a very wonderful and approaching teacher. I ask for
some advice and she told me that it is much better
to hear feedbacks and advice as much as possible to
translates judge and insightful points of view

On the 3rd day, I returned in the Grade 1 classroom.
They naughty kids with a sweet smile welcomed me
again, teacher Bella had been busy that day, she
ask me to assist her pupil Valene for the
preparation of her upcoming Science Quiz Bee
Competition. Valeen and I spend the whole while
we were having written and oral testing. She was
very bright; she can answer my questions with
correct spelling. I had fun tutoring her for a whole
day.

On my 4th day, I was assigned with the grade 6, well
the teachers are very busy for the preparation of
the congressional meet. So then, teacher Philip
asked me to assist him, while he was training his
athlete pupils in Ping-Pong. He just asked me to
check some quizzes so that he can return it to his
pupils. He said that returning the test papers is one
of the important things about on assessment
because learners will be motivated and as well as
can reflect about their wrong answer in their work.

At the last day, everyone had been busy so
then we don’t have a chance to observe
any assessment strategy, but we had a
chance to watched the band rehearsal of
the selected pupils for the Congressional
lyre band competition.

Last day of Observation be like..
On the first day I had a chance to meet the very
energetic grade 1 in Fast learner Section. They had
been such bright pupils and they can get along with the
lesson with their teacher, Mam Bella Austria. I’ve
observed that Mam Austria was using varied types of
assessment and evaluation tools. She was using the
oral, written and as well as the performance tests.
Through observation and reading guidelines of
different teaching strategies, I learned some style to be
useful in teaching. Different strategies should be done
every day so that students will have interest on your
lesson
on your lesson proper. Through student’s participations
, performance results, apply with innovations through
actual behaviors. The resource materials to be used are
one problem in achieving such activities.
