201-00-819980 - RE-CODE UFR calculation re-do

Description:
Client set their Unit Log Entry Preferences to have Expected and Actual UFR (based on CMS calculation)
to show in Red if above a particular value. But in the DTMV the value did not show in red.

Steps:
1) Logged onto GHS QCS session.
2) Retrieved Log Entry Preferences
- Expected and Calculated UFR, set to High: 13
- if values are above 13, value to show in Red in tx log and DTMV
3) Retrieved patient's tx log
- UFR 20.8ml/kg/hr
- value in RED
4) Retrieved DTMV
- UFR 20.8ml/kg/hr
- value in BLACK (does not indicate value is out of compliance)

Issue replicated in support db, sending to engineering to estimate fix

Resolution:
- when Expected and Calculated UFR are out of range, values should be in RED in both tx log and DTMV.

Dev. Notes:

DB: qcs_dev
Unit: KA DIALYSIS UNIT
Patient: 9911

Test cases:
- Under Unit Setup > Log Entry preference added low and high values for Expected UFR and Calculated
UFR as 10 and 13 respectively

1. Verified that expected UFR shows as RED on DTMV screen when expected UFR value is less than 10 or
exceeds 13, otherwise displays as normal.
2. Verified that actual UFR shows as RED on DTMV screen when actual UFR value is less than 10 or
exceeds 13, otherwise displays as normal.
3. Verified that when DTMV is exported to enhanced excel, expected and actual UFR value display as
shown on DTMV

- Under Unit Setup > Log Entry preference added low Expected UFR and Calculated UFR as 10
1.Verified that when expected and actual UFR shows as RED when values are less then configured values
otherwise show as black.

- Under Unit Setup > Log Entry preference added high Expected UFR and Calculated UFR as 13
1.Verified that when expected and actual UFR shows as RED when values are greater then configured
values otherwise show as black.
Rise
- Under Unit Setup > Log Entry preference without Expected UFR and Calculated UFR values configured
1.Verified that when expected and actual UFR shows as black always.

Tested above cases with Yuko in dev meeting.
