ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The MUSON Centre opens from 7.00 a.m. to 12.00 midnight. To secure a firm booking, a minimum of 50% non – refundable cost of the
hall must be paid one week from the date of the booking, and the balance payable one month after the initial payment. Where the event is
less than two months from the date of booking, full payment must be made at the time of booking.

The rates may change without notice. For reservations in Shell Nigeria Hall, Grade A rates are for weekdays events Monday to
Thursday; Grade B rates are for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Period of hire covers eight (8) hours per day. Only snacks and finger foods or small chops are allowed in the foyer of the AGIP RECITAL
HALL and BOARDROOMS.

Tables are available for hire at N1, 200.00 each; however, tables are already included in the hall rate for Grade B (Weekend Rate). Clients
MUST promptly evacuate all sets and stage properties immediately after their events. Failure to do so will attract a surcharge of
N5, 000.00 per day. MUSON reserves the right to dispose of sets not collected within a day.

All applicants are required to complete, sign and return the Application Form promptly for approval.

Projector for hire at N 12, 000, Screen N3, 000 and use of Cordless Microphone attract a charge of N 7,000

Suspended Projector N 17,000 and Suspended Screen N 8, 000

Grand Piano for hire at N150, 000

Clients are advised to be on Generator if their event involves equipment that will need uninterrupted power supply at a fee
of N30, 000 per hour.

Scaffolding Ladder attract a fee of N5, 000 while Straight Ladder is N 2,000

Clients are advised to use MUSON caterers or pay the corkage as specified for each hall. Catering corkage for halls are as follows:

Shell Hall (Formal events) - N75, 000 (Finger Foods, Snacks & Drinks Only)
Shell Hall (Parties/Dinners) - N100, 000 (Proper Foods)
Agip Hall - N25, 000
Function Room - N20, 000
