distribution for over 50 years, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team.

We have expanded to a new 70,000 square foot facility in Hudson, Ohio! This

The supply chain analyst uses analytical and quantitative methods to understand,
predict, and enhance supply chain processes. The analyst will be responsible for
assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing
recommendations which support SCM planning and operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 Model, analyze, and recommend changes to existing forecasts/ safety stocking

levels
 Assist in maintaining the Supply Chain planning systems
 Assist Supply Chain by expediting orders, confirming orders, coordinating
returns to vendors communicating discrepancies to vendors.
 Assist in the set up of new SKU’s, rationalization of expiring SKU’s as well as
the maintenance of the existing SKU base
 Optimize inventory levels to drive turns and fill rates while eliminating excess
and obsolete inventory
 Reduce freight and transfer costs between distribution centers
 Development of databases to support Supply Chain initiatives
 Gather and analyze data related to all Supply Chain projects
 Create ad hoc reporting and analysis as required by the needs of the business
 Work closely with Sales and Supply Chain to proactively meet changing
demands
 Coordinate the development of efficient processes for retrieving and analyzing
data
 Act as liaison between Supply Chain Team and other departments to ensure
quality service to our customers

Qualifications include:

 MBA in Operations or Supply Chain

 5 years’ experience and proven, positive track record as a Supply Chain
Analyst or Inventory Planner
 Strong analytical and problem solving skills
 Ability to perform data validation and data reconciliation
 Good communication skills both written and oral
