 Responsible for method & accuracy of joint measurements
 Verification of stocks as and when required. Preparation of joint physical stock
statements as applicable.
 Maintain daily material consumption records on supplied materials.
 Ensure bar bending schedule is prepared and checked before concrete pour is allowed.
 Study and understand technical specification of items.
 Ensure timely testing, witnessing, recording, and accepting/ rejecting of raw materials.
Keep own registers/ logs for tracking and records.
 In process inspections, issuing site instructions & ensure compliances, and recording
checklists. Responsible for safe custody of site instructions registers.
 Observe for effective housekeeping/ barricading and visual management on every day
basis and report/ escalate non-compliance to PM as applicable.
 Assist Sr. PE in maintaining drawing register and RFI’s on drawings.
 Obtain daily log from each vendor, check for correctness, accuracy and record.
 Maintain work sheet on monthly basis and submit to project manager at end of every
month.
