Description

CBRE PS-Support project is the part of CBRE Corporate and is for supporting the HRMS, FSCM, Portal, and CRM for APAC, EMEA and USA
with oracle database, Handling CBRE internal activity and maintaining data of employees. Employees. Involved in Production and Non-Production
Support, involves client requirements, meeting SLA.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

 Maintenance of PeopleSoft HRMS, Finance and Portal modules on Oracle databases.


 Responsible for configuring/validating the IB and SSO nodes for all HCM, FSCM and Portal environments.
 Installation and Configuration of PeopleSoft databases, Application Servers, Process Scheduler Servers and Web Servers.
 Project migration using STAT, CAPI and PHIRE and application designer.
 Importing certs into Webservers.
 Troubleshooting issues related to Integration Broker
 External Migrations (SQR, COBOLS, SQL Scripts).
 Data Migration using Data Mover (Import/export).
 After database refreshes, perform "Post refresh configuration changes and validating the environment" before handing over them to the
users.
 Troubleshooting on general day to day issues- Report posting issues, login issues in PIA, Application server & Process scheduler crash..
 Configuring Application servers, Process schedulers-Both on UNIX, Windows.
 Creating app/web/prcs domains.
 Configuring and installing Change Assistant& Applying People Tools Upgrades.
 Generating Compare Reports, Configuring Process Scheduler and Report Nodes.
