Qualification
MBA or equivalent.

Experience
5 – 7 years of experience.

Responsibilities

 Ensures patients comfort in the waiting areas and politely handles Patients’ complaints in assigned area.
 Manages and solves daily problems, e.g. missing films, delayed reports.
 Deletes all rebooked and cancelled examinations from the departmental Information System.
 Maintained Par level of assigned area.
 Supervises leave & attendance roaster.
 Any work assigned by Departmental Management.
