Pre-lesson: Pupils are guided to sing the
alphabetic song through phonic sounds.
Lesson delivery:
1. Pupils listen to the sounds (s,a,t,p) from
the teacher and watch the gestures.
2. The teacher provides examples of words
with pictures. Pupils are guided to listen and
say out the words by using the suitable
blending technique.
3. The teacher will ask questions by writing
on the board.
4. Pupils listen to sounds and fill in the blanks
with the correct phoneme.
Post-lesson: Pupils match the pictures to the
correct words through reviewing.
