amount of ₱30,000 as payment for the painting. On June 20, Flora Lao is scheduled to go
Baguio so she goes to Platinum Bank on June 18 to withdraw ₱50,000 for her Baguio
vacation. (15 points)
Required: Assuming you are Flora Lao, fill up the bank documents for the transactions stated
above.
III. The following are transactions of Sha Warm a Spa for the month of June. (80 points)
2017
June 1 Mr. Sha deposited ₱300,000 under the name of Sha Warm A Spa
3 Paid the rent for the month to Shaitzu Realty ₱20,000
5 Received ₱15,000 check from Mrs. Swedish for spa services rendered.
8 Received ₱50,000 from Mrs. Ventoza for a spa party held yesterday.
9 Paid attendant’s salaries for two weeks ₱4,800
14 Bought ₱3,000 spa supplies from Super Spa on account
15 Mr. Sha withdrew ₱5,000 for personal use
22 Sent ₱2,000 bill to Mr. Stone for spa services rendered
26 Paid Maynilad ₱850 water bill
27 Paid Mr. Clean ₱600 for laundry services
29 Purchased spa equipment for ₱12,000 cash

Required: 1. Journalize the transactions.


2. Post them on T-Accounts.
3. Prepare the trial balance.
