does 'No vbv billing=shipping same' mean the site doesnt have VBV and the shipping address needs to be the same as the billing??

non vbv means it does not have master code or verified by visa on the website.
billing=shipping means use same address for billing and shipping (your drop address should be you billing address)

Funduino UNO R3 2012 launched an easy to use open-source controller hardware and forArduino UNO and no major
changes, the biggest difference is that USB to serial part of the circuit switch is a ATMega16U2 microcontroller,

How to fix a bad Chinese Arduino clone in no time?

Have you ever wondered if a cheap Chinese Arduino clone will actually work?
You pay only a few bucks and get the same product. Sounds to good to be true right?
The truth is that some work and some won't.
Follow the rest of this tutorial and I'll explain you how to make them all work in no time.

I use an Arduino Uno for this example but it is the same process for most Arduino models.

So here we have an genuine Arduino uno and here a Chinese clone. Let's do the test.
My Arduino environment has been installed and is working properly.
First I plug in the genuine Arduino. And everything works just fine.
Now I use my cheap chinese copy and.... the computer does not recognise the hardware.

The problem is that the clone does not use the standard serial to usb chip but a chip marked CH340. Your computer will not recognize these
CH340 chips on your computer.
To fix this is very easy.
Download the manufacturer sofware and istall it on your computer. This sofware will work for all versions of windows. I leave you a link
below this video.
I also leave a link for the Mac lovers.

Now plug in your chinese clone and try again. It should work just fine. The board should be visible now in the Arduino IDE and ready to use.
I upload the blink sketch to the board and it all works fine.

In some cases the board might still not work. This is because there is no bootloader installed on the Atmel microcontroller Chip.
To solve this problem we need a working arduino and the clone arduino we want to fix.

First we connect the working Arduino to our computer and open the Arduino IDE.
We go to File - Examples and click ArduinoISP and upload this to the Arduino.
Ones uploaded disconnect the Arduino.

Next we connect the wires from the working Arduino to the clone as follows.
Pin 10 goes to reset
pin 11 goes to 11, pin 12 to 12, pin 13 to pin 13.
5v to 5v and ground to ground.

Next we connect the working Arduino with a usb to the computer.

Go to Tools - Board and select the chinese board that is not working. in my case it's an Arduino Uno.
Next we go to Tools again - Programmer and select Arduino as ISP.
Go to Tools again and select Burn Bootloader.
Go back to Tools - Programmer and set back to ArduinoISP.
Your clone should work just fine now.

As usual, trash personified. If we are to be honest, the igbo have no point here whatsoever. Every state in Nigeria has a minister
represented in the federal executive council. Furthermore, one igbos and one Ikwerre have been selected to represent two multi-
ethnic states (Rivers and Delta) as ministers in addition to their slots from the 5 states of the SE. Which means tribes indigenous to
those two states only (Isoko, Urhobo, Ogoni, itshekiri etc) have been deprived of representation in the federal executive council.
Lets get something straight here. The igbo voted for Jonathan in 2011 and demanded and got over 50% of the positions in his
government. Its represented officials were poster boys for the most insidious forms of nepotism and tribalism. Federal character
was ignored by Ihejirika so shamelessly. It was on record that more recruits into the army under Ihejirika were taken from igbo
states than any other state in the country. The entire immigration recruitment had to be suspended due to the tribalistic antics of
Rose Uzoma. Under NOI, almost every person heading a parastatal under her was igbo. From BPE, CBN, RFMAC, AMCON,
Sovereign wealth fund, DG Budget office, DG Debt Management Office, SEC and NSE. Under Anyim, 60% of the permanent
secretaries were igbo. Under Oduah, most of the heads of the parastatals were igbos. No eastern minority got a look in.

Igbos complain so much about federal character and how igbos need higher marks to get into FG educational institutions but when
one looks at the data, Federal character into Nigerian universities only applies to Universities in the West and North of Nigeria. It
effectively operates to the detriment on non igbo Nigerians. In the area of education it operates to the disadvantage of the Yoruba
as most of the best and most popular universities in Nigeria are sited in the Yoruba areas of Nigeria.

I went through the UNN students admission list for 2015. In a school that admitted 3327 students, 8 students were of Yoruba
heritage, None of the students were of Northern heritage, no more than 5 students were of mid western heritage and no more than
12 students were of eastern minority heritage. In fact 99% (no less than 3294) of the admissions into UNN were igbo names. UNN
is a federal university and it is funded by the federal government. It is supposed to adhere to the tenets of federal character. That
means each state should be allocated equal slots with some allowance given to catchment areas.

Igbos are free to live, buy homes, trade in markets in the North and west and are notoriously resistant to other tribes having the
same freedom of movement and action in the east.

Nigerians are becoming truly sick of the degree of one sided benefits that the igbos bring to the Nigerian nation. States must insist
that only those states that treat their indigenes fairly should be entitled to have their indigenes treated fairly within its states.

If a person were to look at the ABU, OAU, Uniben, Unijos or any other major federal university in the West or North, one would
see a better implementation of federal character than the sham that goes on in the South East of Nigeria by Nigeria's greatest
hypocrites!!
