Chemical Resistance
®
The AnchorFix -1 chemical anchoring mortar has undergone extensive chemical resistance testing.
The results are summarised in the table below.
= Resistant to 75°C with at least 80% of physical properties retained. C = Contact only: max temp 25°C.
= Not resistant
Ultimate tensile loads and shear stresses of threaded bars according to DIN 975
Note: Working shear stress based on 57.7% of yield for factored loads
* This number is based on a 410ml cartridge, injecting ideal volume, and allowing 30ml wastage.
Important: Never under fill the hole
All load capacity values assume adequate steel strength; the anchor tests were carried out using
10.9 or 12.9 steel.

Brush Configurations
A Standard brush with handle (for hole depths upto 250mm)
B Brush with ferrule (m thread) + extension handle (f thread) (for hole depths upto 550mm)
C Brush with ferrule (m thread) + extension piece (f&m thread) + extension handle (f thread)
(for hole depths upto 860mm)
D Brush with ferrule (m thread) + 2 extension pieces (f&m thread) + extension handle (f thread)
(for hole depths upto 1100mm)
Note: Design shear based on 57.7% of yield stress for factored loads.
When design for rebar is used as an anchor, apply local safety factor to yield typically 3.
The above table shows resin performance, steel and concrete performance should be considered separately.
