without a health. Being healthy is a first thing we need to keep in mind. Because most of time
our attitude depends on how we feel. Being healthy and fit gives us energy to do anything. So
how do we stay fit?

Gym is slang for gymnasium and gymnastic services such as in schools and colleges and is
attributed to compounds such as gym shoes. Gymnasia are open air and covered locations for
gymnastics and athletics. Gymnasia apparatus such as bar-bells, parallel bars, jumping board,
running path, tennis-balls, cricket field, fencing gallery, and so forth are used for exercise. In safe
weather, outdoor locations are the most conductive to health. Gyms were popular in ancient
Greece. Their curricula included Gymnastic militaries or self-defence, gymnastic medica, or
physical therapy to help the sick and injured, and gymnastic athletic for physical fitness and
sports, from boxing to dance. The gyms had halls and colonnades with statues and pictures.
These gymnasia also had teachers of wisdom and philosophy. Community gymnastic events
were done as part of the celebrations during various village festivals. In ancient Greece there was

Physical fitness is very necessary for a healthy and tension free life. Physical fitness includes
diet, exercise and sleep. These three basic things have their own importance in each individual's

INTRODUCTION

A modular home is one that is built indoors in a factory-like setting. The finished products are
covered and transported to their new locations, where they are assembled by a builder. A
modular home is not a mobile home; it is simply a home that is built off-site, as opposed to on-
site. These homes are often called factory-built, system-built or prefab (short for prefabricated)
homes.

Modular and manufactured homes are not the same. Manufactured homes are not placed on
permanent foundations. Manufactured homes, sometimes referred to as (but are not always)
mobile homes, can be moved from one location to another. There are specific laws and
regulations regarding these relocations.

Modular buildings and modular homes are sectional prefabricated buildings, or houses, that
consist of multiple sections called modules. "Modular" is a method of construction differing
from other methods of building. The module sections are constructed at an offsite (sometimes,
remote) facility, then delivered to the intended site of use. Complete construction of the
prefabricated sections are completed on site. The prefabricated sections are sometimes lifted and
placed on basement walls using a crane, the module prefabricated sections are set onto the
building's foundation and joined together to make a single building. The modules can be placed
side-by-side, end-to-end, or stacked, allowing a wide variety of configurations and styles in the
building layout.
