Welcome to Cognizant's Board Room - Smart Business Plan Contest, 2010! Key activities and target completion dates will be as follows. Kindly note that Cognizant reserves
the right to change these dates as per its discretion and convenience without any liability.

Cognizant has always believed in fostering a spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship within the

specification or other materials provided by or on behalf of the participant in connection with the
contest, that such materials are the original work of the contestants, and that Cognizant's
possession, use or modification of any such materials will not infringe or otherwise violate the
intellectual property rights of any third-party.
