Sub.: Consultancy job for proposed conventional barrage on River Tapi with all types of
Engineering works viz. Hydrology, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation,
Environmental etc. including detailed design of conventional barrage at Surat.

Sir,
With reference to above mentioned subject and letter referred as (i), Surat Municipal
Corporation has awarded the above said work vide their standing committee resolution no.
1351/2016, dated 05.08.2016 for the consultancy charges of Rs. 1,28,36,500/- as per the scope
of work mentioned in ref (i).
Now, Surat Municipal Corporation has taken up an another prestigious project of Tapi
Riverfront Development and we are instructed to do the designs of barrage, with & without the
consideration of Riverfront development. As the scope of work expand from the original, a
meeting was held with your good self on 28.12.2017, and additional consultancy charges apart
from original percentage break up of consultancy charges as mentioned below are agreed;
