4 Sekawan (kayu kari )

-cinnamon stick-2 nos (stick)

-star anise-6 nos (star)

-cloves-10 nos (btang kyu mancis blat dpan)

-cardomon-5 nos(mcam kuaci)

Cumin powder-3 tbs (jintan manis)

Fennel powder-3 tbs(jintan putih)

Turmeric powder-3 tbs(

Coriander powder-1 tbs

Seasoning-gram,to taster.

Wet Ingredient
Onion-1 nos( bawang besar)

Shallot-6 nos (bawang merah)

Garlic-5 nos(bawang putih)

Ginger-2 inch(tengkuas)

Galangal-3 nos

Turmeric-1 inch(kunyit hidup)

Condiments:
Fried shallof-goreng

Calamusi-limau kasturi

Cucumber-timun

Shredded chicken

Chinese celery-daun soup

Nasi impit
Method:
1.blend item 2 then sauté in oil with sekawan.

2.add in the powder item. Sauté for few second then add 1 cup of water.

3.continue sautering till the fragrance and oil float up.

4.add in water/stock.
