Company profile: Photo Voltaic Industry, Manufacturing of Solar Cell (360 MW project with
LIP technology), Conversion of Silicon Wafer into Solar cell and overall technology
provided by SCHMID, Germany.

Job Profile: Working as an Graduate engineer trainee.

Responsibilities:
1. Handling Production, Process, quality and maintenance of WET processes for production of
solar cells.
2. Schedule plan & monitors the PRODUCTION OF SOLAR CELLS through automation.
3. Analysis of plan versus produced & to take corrective action to improve productivity.
4. Carrying out CAUSE & EFFECT ANALYSIS of the problems occurred during manufacturing
of solar cells.
5. Taking care of routine Maintenance
6. Knowledge of various equipments (automation and process) used in the Cell Line (LCL.
Acid texturing, P-Doper, Diffusion, PSG, PECVD, PRINTER and Firing furnace, AG
LIP and Cell Sorter).
