※入国時に空港で在留カードの受け取りと資格外活動許可の申請を必ず行ってください。こちらから送る書類の中に「資格外活

動許可申請書」があります。必ず事前に記入して、日本に到着後日本の空港の入国管理局にて提出し申請してください。在留

カードの裏に証明となる印鑑が押されていることを確認してからゲートを出てください。

※送迎料などは一定の料金がかかる場合があります。詳細につきましては留学生支援室の職員にお尋ねください。

※学生寮以外の所への送迎はできません。

※日本到着後、皆さんに学校の携帯電話を貸します。家族や母国の学校に日本に着いたことを伝えてください。

※必ず日本語学習用辞書、教科書、参考資料を持ってきてください。

※初登校日には日本語能力テストを行いクラス分けをするため、必ずよく日本語を学習してきてください。

※If you submit the application form of ‘Work Permit’ (sent by our campus with documents) in Immigration Bureau of the airport, you will

receive a ‘Work Permit’ with Residence Card. Make sure that the stamp of "Allow 28 hours,” for Part Time job. If you do not get the permit, you

will not be able to do part-time job.

※ Pick Up Service is available only for those students who stay in School Dormitory.

※ School staff will lend you a mobile phone after your arrival in Japan. Please inform your ‘Safe Arrival’ to your family and school staff.

※Please do not forget to bring Japanese learning dictionary, textbooks, reference materials.

※Placement Test will be conducted at the time of orientation. Classes are divided by result of the placement

test. So you are supposed to study Japanese hard.
