I adapted this from the Goenka course schedule. It gives you nine hours
of meditation. The Goenka course had over ten hours - if you want to do
more, you can always end a break early, or meditate before or after your
sleep period. Another thing to consider is taking some time a couple times
a day, even 15-30 minutes, to do some yoga or movement - taking some
walks down the hill, etc. Walking meditation is a great thing as well, if you
know how to do it - maybe up on your roof.
