I'm looking for an alternative to 100% low floor streetcars, as they seem to have

issues with snow. I'm thinking about whether its feasible to build an articulated
(2 bodies, open gangway, on 3 bogies, ) modern day version (modern materials &
construction processes, of course) that would have physical characteristics similar
to this type of 75% low floor streetcar:
