the supreme authority of the universe who gave me the opportunity to complete
this report. I would like to convey my deep gratitude to my honorable Supervisor,
Md. Mazharul Alam (Mazhar), Lecturer, America Bangladesh University for
giving me the scope to present my Dissertation Report on “Overall Banking
System of Agrani Bank Ltd.”. Except his courage and continuous support, it
would be quite difficult for me to carry out the preparations and proceedings of this
report.

From the inception to the completion of this report, the success of this study rests
not on me alone but also on the contributions of many persons, who have inspired,
influenced and guided my work.

The officials of Agrani Bank ltd. Corporate branch also helped me in providing
vital information regarding the concept of the various departments and the process
followed in the respective departments. They shared their views & guided me in
the preparation of this report. In preparing this report, I have received cordial and
sincere assistance from my fellow colleagues. Last but not the least I would like to
thank my family members (specially my better half , who gave fabulous company,
while typing this report nights after nights) and friends for encouraging and giving
constant support throughout the entire period of making this report.

Dear Sir,
With due respect & great pleasure I would like to inform you that I have
successfully completed my Internship Report at Agrani Bank Limited. The study
conducted on ‘Overall Banking System of Agrani Bank Ltd.”. It was a great
experience for me as the Internship program in Agrani Bank Ltd (Head Office,
Motijheel, Dhaka) which given me an opportunity to observe what actually
happens in the real life situation and enabled me to bridge the gap between
theoretical learning and real life business to a great extent.

I have tried to make the paper comprehensive one with in the time. Over and
