1. Introduction

There are here and there movements known as opposition groups and they are becoming a real
menace to the Eritrean citizens and they are highly opposed to the government of Eritrea. These
groups have been collaborating with the Woyane of Tigray (the current rulers of Ethiopia) for
many years; and now they have been using the war of disinformation since 2004 with a mission
to wage civil unrest leading to a civil war among the Eritrean citizens.

When you carefully observe their voices and actions of these oppositions, one can quickly learn
that their teachings are not coming from their own country’s experiences but coming from the
USA and European countries to make them political stooges to act for terror attack to all the
citizens so that everyone can live in fear. Their approach has been filled with rampant and
outrageous lying – as their invented strategy which is obviously the only hope they have, to
provoke a civil war in Eritrea. They are following the Obama indoctrination (progressive’s)
script to be fulfilled.

 “Furthermore, it is undoubtedly true that the centralization of all the developmental programs
such as: the challenging programs “nation building” and the fair distribution of the state
benefits to its citizens as well as Military protection from any enemy confrontations are indeed
in the hands of one organization that is the EPLF/PFDJ. This is morally, politically and legally.
correct if we are going to even have a country of our own.” Then what are the right things to
do?

It is our historical reality that every true Eritrean remembers: we paid heavy prices to reach to the
level of legitimacy to become full fledge nation and it is going to stay the way the EPLF/PFDJ
handling the situation until the government found refuted the use of force is no more necessary
to eliminate any outside influence in the form of political insurgents, terrorists or jihadists threat
to our nation.

The oppositions are becoming the players in the game and adopting the guidance of a different
set of none ethical and very anti social beliefs. Therefore, for the sake of simplicity, I will call
them justice seekers: but again who are they? Are they truly Justice Seekers or anti social
deviant seekers? I don’t know but for the sake of this article, I am assuming they are following
Social Justice. Political Ideologue or simply confused groups.

The majority of their followers of these evil plots may not know what the end result would be.
Sure enough it could only lead to disaster, death, and overall infested with sick anti social
behaviors, at least the artistries who are their advisors leading from behind they must have
known it very well. But, according to the latest educated guesses: the Eritrean masses have built
a momentum of awareness and begin to discuss among themselves these immorality, and anti
cultural, 21st, century phenomenon. Once it has all blown over about the secrecy and cultural
reality of this ideology as explained by Mr. Victor Davis Hanson, saying that: “The progressive
movement requires both deceit and euphemism to mask its apparently unpopular agenda”.
Therefore, this sick ideology will be facing its rejection by all Eritrean citizens and by the
majority of the diasporic Eritrean nationals due to its Pro-LGBTQ Transgender lifestyles.

2. The method of the process followed by these enemies are:

The people at the top who are exploiting the situation whether real or imaginary through mass
hysteria falling inexplicably into the following: Moving to the sides of the notorious “regime-
change” activists Ms. Sheila Keetharuth, illegally appointed by U.N. Human Rights Commission
of Inquiry (COI) and Ms. Mirien v. Reisen (European External Policy Advisor), NGOs, Amnesty
International (AI), in promoting all the hypocrisy against Eritrea which is a detriment to the
country’s economic, political and cultural values.

All these enemies have one thing in common but in reality they are the Eritrean informants
who feeds them with lies and distorted visions of Eritrea. For example: the direct and indirect
dishonest working agenda of Bereket Keshi Habteselassie was always wishing to call Eritrea as a

failed nation by any means necessary which closely mirrors the title of his book which was
printed on December 6-2010 “Wounded Nation”. This man and others like him have been
working closely with some websites news media, set the political agenda and shaped the type of
protest to be carried out such as blackmailing and accusing the Eritrean Government its overall
administration has been labeled by these groups that: The government is nothing more than
commuting executions, beatings, sexual assaults on both females and males since 1991 which
leads to ruling by fear as they claimed.

Then, the confused followers Diaspora go through emotional expressions and react negatively
including violence for the destruction, to every situational influence. They chose street protests
that will create a horrific view of Eritrea, in particular the demonization of the president by
shouting with loud voices as a rallying cry “down, down Isias”, By doing so, I think they were
hoping to get feeling of pity from the whole world for their cause.

The following are the most violent crimes they want to carry out against the people of Eritrean:

1. They simply wants to eliminate the president by any means if they ever can. They have been
given the wrong advice originated from foreigners sworn enemies of Eritrea, as well as the
Woyanes and their Eritrean collaborators; who are wishing the elimination of the president
and the disappearance of Eritrea from the face of the earth once for all. That being said, then
the next question is how? This is how: "When you take the head off a snake, the whole body
will fall”. What a wish? Again these efforts have been marred by illegal, criminal intent of
their practices and are exposed and doomed to failure again and again.

2. All the opposition groups in the Diaspora are continuously plotting evil intent against any
economic, moral and legal progress made by the government. They are imagining that by
acting this way again they thought they are shocking the world with their voices on the
streets, destroying or burning Eritrean community buildings, harassing and beating Eritrean
embassies personnel wherever they could find them and intimidate Eritrean youth with
threats of murder. By following these progressive evil scripts they erroneously think they
have gained the people’s confidence and acceptance while instead they are engaging in
criminal activities which the Eritrean public will never accept. Then, on the other hand when
we see them committing crime after crime, we feel sorry for them because they are Eritrean
nationals. that are doomed to failure because of their progressive policies.

3. These enemies are colluding with foreigners (none Eritreans) through a secret understanding
to act with evil or harmful intent to the nation of Eritrea. They are constantly trying to
delegitimize the government by:

(a) demonizing the masses who happened to be government supporters by attacking each
individual’s or groups’ morality with their stupid (offensive slang to imply that all
government supporters are “brain dead”),

 (b) ignoring any normative relating to rules of behaviors legal consequences that will
follow. The continues attempt of assaulting or demonizing the Eritrean culture by
introducing anti social behavior life styles, they should have known better, they are
illegally betraying our National Charter which stated:

"A National Charter for Eritrea" is not copied from books or from the charters of other
countries. It starts from the realities of our country and society, and from our rich experience.
It does not borrow wholesale any analyses or formulas that are fashionable in today's world
either. Rather, by critically examining all ideas and relating them with the realities of our society
and our experience, the purpose is to chart an independent line that works:”.

Those individuals or groups who are impacting our culture which is the root of our values and
beliefs that also define us as a society of Eritrea, we will not allow any force for progressive
change and they are making great mistakes. Our message is simple: Don’t dare to over smart us
with words which are detrimental to our Moral, Legal and Cultural (MLC) rights with any
improper factors anti Eritrean social behavior life styles. We all can see and feel clearly that
the Eritrean citizens are now joined in great national efforts to rebuild our country and restore
our promises to the support of the EPLF/PFDJ governing rights.

“ By the way we understand that the EPLF/PFDJ makes mistakes but we also believe whole
heartily that leadership, which have been idealistically based leaderships and is constantly
evolving to benefit the Eritrean Society based on their own experience and including our
(meaning those living in the Diaspora) supportive understandable and actionable” advice

3. An Assault on the Eritrean Pro- Family Cultural Values.

The opposition groups are attempting to introduce a construed constitution that allows a
detrimental anti Eritrean social behaviors and life styles to our people. The following tools and
techniques have been used against the citizens residing in the nation of Eritrea. Which will result
in no success at all. The below listed are the main highlights:

3.1.1 Legally

1. The enemies try to prove that Eritrea’s creation was not justified when Bereket Keshi
Habteselassie known with his (fake pen name Hailemichael) advocates that: “in a sense he
said: “we” means (Eritreans and Ethiopians) are all Ethiopians and we are the same and
before he died his wish is to see both countries will come back together”. Wow I have never
heard such a strong wish like this irrational person to be …before his death. Who asked you
that we would want to come back together without our legal rights, interests, and benefits

2. It even become clear after his interview with an amateur news man named: Tewodros
Tsegaye. The question asked by the news man to Bereket was: Prior to the occupation of
Eritrea by Italy, was Eritrea existed as a country ? he continued another question in line with
the first one: Wasn’t the Italians took away that land (meaning Eritrean land) from Ethiopian
administrative division?. His answer was: yes it was Ethiopian division and am- am- am “It is
debatable (AKARAKARI- GUDAY NOW). Interview of Dr. Bereket by Tewodros Tsegaye.

3. First of all the answer should have been; No, without going further the early history of .
Aksum, in Tigray was the history of both Eritrea and Tigray. The founders of Aksum came
crossing from Saba in Arabia, make their way through the coastal plain of Eritrea before
reaching the highlands in the 3rd and 4th century AD. This Kingdom was based upon trade
across the Red Sea. The capital of Axum was in the highlands of Tigray (now a province in
Ethiopia), and the main port was at Adulis which is now called Zula in Eritrea

4. After the expansion of the Persian empire in the 6th century led to the rise of Islam religion
and “in 710 AD. they destroyed Adulis and the ancient kingdom of Axum resulted in declined
until it was reduced to a small Christian Enclave. The region settled into being a remote,
isolated community only re-emerging by the early 16th century as Abyssinia” (Read: History
of Eritrea)

5. The claims that Eritrea had been an integral part of Ethiopia is false. The truth is Menelik
and the Tigray Rases were always cared about how to hold power to themselves and none
what so ever about independence in particular about the safety of Eritrea. Especially
Menelik’s collaboration with the colonizers was about how to get the armaments he needs for
the expansion of his little kingdom Showa. For example first Emperor Yohannes signed the
treaty of Hewitt for the western Eritrea and all the areas near Massawa to Anglo-Egyptian
power then, Emperor Menelik signed the treaty of Wuchalie (a) with the Italians that give
away the entire Eritrean land and in effect recognizing Eritrea as a full fledge of Italian
colony. The Italians had full ownership of the land not as a lease rental as claimed by some
Ethiopian academicians; who never been able to provide a lease agreement contract as a proof
that the Italians will only stay for a temporary moment of time. (b) Why would Italy spent the
equivalent to (one billion Dollars today) and to have developed the whole Eritrea and the bulk
amount of money that was spent on creating a capital city that resembles one of the finest
Italian cities called Asmara. Why would they spent that amount of time, money and effort if
this was for the so called temporary lease as the Ethiopians claim.

6. I think this chap like the rest of Ethiopians and Tigreans must learn the factual facts of history
before he ask the question: Wasn’t the Italians took away the (Eritrean) land from the
Ethiopian administrative division? First of all the kings and Rases were a hell bent

 collaborators for self gain only not to be considered defenders of Freedom fighters.

7. After the Aksumite empire, the area from the Eritrean highlands to the Red Sea was known as
the land between the Red Sea and the Mereb river). was later renamed as the domain of the
Bahr Negash ("Ruler of the sea"). The Bahri Negus (also called the Bahri Negasi or Bahr
Negash) and lasted from the 15th century to the Ethiopian takeover in 1879. (Please read:

8. Here needs to be understood carefully that there isn’t a single major battle that the
Ethiopians/Tigreans won without the heavy participation of Eritreans. For example the battle
of Gundit against the Sudanese as well as the battle of Gura against the Egyptians in 1875.
From that victory, Yohannes’ General, Ras Alula became Governor of the province of
Hamasien, Seraie and Akeleguzai only. Then, it was immediately short lived interrupted by
the Italian Government and took over the land in 1882. Would you admit that Ethiopia was
colonized by Italy for 5 years when in reality the Italians couldn’t rule and control Ethiopia
due to the freedom fighters surprise attacks or hit and run tactics against them. Therefore, the
5 years of Italian occupation was attributed only to the chaos of war which resulted in
interruptions of key Italian ruling or business activities. Then, in the case of Eritrea since
Alula could only temporarily obtain a small portion of Eritrea and realized he could never
bring under control the rest of Eritrea then he left in retreat the whole territory of Eritrea to
the Italians.

3.1.2 Morally

The Newspaper Guardian view on Eritrea, Aug 19, 2015 and other social medias, have
accused the Eritrean president as acting like “cruel and tyrant motives to weaken in the most
despicable ways, to show that Eritrea is transforming the youth into casting to darkness
instead to be enlightened with hope and bright future”. Read: the Guardian view

Here is a typical example about why I said that the teachings of the oppositions groups are
not coming from their own country’s experiences but from foreigners. When you hear them
talk it all designed to mislead the youth in the wrong direction to hate their own country per
the Guardian Newspaper. No wonder we hear them day and night calling Eritrea and the
PFDJ a nation of Shiftas !!

4. The Lack of Standing for Legality, Morality and Nationalism as Dr. Bereket
Practices:

If you don’t stand for something like (nationalism, legality and morality) you will fall for
anything including any pro gay progressive ideology such as transgender life styles. We must
apply a high legal standard that will produce morality that will give us a high level of tranquility
and peace that will only be obtained through the mandate of legality that produces a true sense of

nationalism.

Any contractual agreement must contain Eritrean full legal right within the agreement such as
everything must be pre disclosed that has good intention for the people and doesn’t legally
detrimentally affect the social cultural values of Eritrea. Lastly, it must fully benefit the people
of Eritrea. These are what Eritreans have been lacking and we can clearly see how Bereket
failed the national Eritrean society since we don’t have the broad legal education and these
standards in place.

Bereket Keshi Habtesellassie is highly against my nationalism and morality, and my way of
publicly exposing the benefits to the Eritrean people based on legal rights which is the context of
my articles that I always offer to the people. Now after he become exposed by me many times,
he attacked the content of my last article and he commented under a pen name “Halemichel”, to
hide his identity as usual, he became who he is exactly the type of a person who doesn’t stands
for the protections and benefits of the Eritrean citizens at all. Since he vigorously disagree with
my articles that I presented, I was able to jump and read what he wrote on his Wikipedia page
which resembles a confession by someone when the last day came he exhibits a gasping voice
coming out from each sentence in his writing. Read: Bereket Wikipedia

Now, to late but at least he admitted that he will only fall for that Progressive Activist of
Human Rights; that means he is a pro gay transgender life styles. Bereket Keshi-
Habtesellassie’s constitution of the 1997, the English version as he claimed that he authored is
quite detrimental to the Eritrean society because it is highly construed with bad intentions. That
is the reason why the legal interpretation will lead anyone who reads it carefully will come to a
conclusion that many of the articles are construed in accord with the government’s intent to fail.
These were the key reasons why the president couldn’t signed off to protect the Eritrean people.

But as far as he is concerned, he has a history of offering the wrong alternative that is why he
will always be rejected.

For example: prior to the failed 1997 constitution he offered a peace agreement between EPLF
and ELF both sides rejected him because, they couldn’t see any benefit in the unprofessionally
prepared and executed dialog between the two rivals. The discussion collapsed because he never
presented an effective agreement that could protect and legally benefit both rivals that could be
perceived as a win-win situation. He has a long history of achieving a failing agreement to
resolve the deep social legal issues of our nation. No wonder the constitution that he claimed he
authored was written from the perspective of potential progressive values as opposed to the
Eritrean national charter that represents our social values or he collaborated with the enemies of

Eritrea who were using the legal system to delegitimizing everything for the destruction of
Eritrea. He designed it with the progressive ideology that is built into it to become a sick
document which came from abroad that has nothing to do with our cultural and moral values.
His personality is highly tainted or polluted.

Recently, in his Wikipedia he claimed that he is a “Progressive Activist” but his record shows
that he never disclosed upfront his activism, before he even started to work on the 1997
proposed constitution. This is an evidence that he was biased before he messed up the
constitution of 1997. Then, still he is fighting the Eritrean Government through a surrogate lady
by the name Ms. Sheila Keetharuth,

Then, he had an obligation to disclose, had he been an actual competent Board Certified lawyer
(license) he would have known that he has an obligation to disclose that he is a “Human Rights
Activist” and since he obtained the position of authoring the 1997 constitution fraudulently, then,
the Government of Eritrea clearly has a case against him. He obtained that position authority
through a false pretense. His moral beliefs and the negative impact it would have caused on the
citizen’s of Eritrea which are: the moral, legal and nationalistic beliefs are severely hindered the
movement of progress. But since he didn’t disclose his true intention then in this regard he
attempted to engage in constitution making effort that is he fraudulently acting as a qualified
licensed Attorney who follows all the required ethics. This tells the people of Eritrea loud and
clear that he never had any good intention for the Nation of Eritrea in the first place. He alleged
he drafted a constitution that doesn’t protect the nationalistic beliefs and interest of the people
but instead he replaced it with a sick constitution to the Eritrean citizens that allows “any religion
or any improper factors” as deviant rights to the people of Eritrea a gift from Bereket the
designer of Bill of Rights to all Eritreans. Wow, what an intelligent professor a product of
Ethiopia (With his colorful sash of Ethiopian flag on his right shoulder at General Wingate high
school graduated to veered scholarship in London).

He is legally liable for crime against the nation of Eritrea for delivering social detrimental pro-
LGBTQ/Transgender base constitution.

Here is an example of his limited mental ability and education deficiency that he can’t be able to
evaluate and make assertions about Aerospace Engineering knowledge. Let me help him to
explain what an Aerospace Engineer is? Aerospace engineer like me is: one who is qualified to
deal with the design, development, testing and manufacturing of aircraft, spacecraft and missiles,
who also has the academic knowledge in aerodynamic characteristics of control surfaces, lift,
drag and other properties influenced by aerodynamic forces. as well as avionics. Additionally, I
am an FAA. licensed person who is authorized for airworthy release any work done on an
aircrafts during inspection, repair and modifications. But, it is not meant to be equal to a code
for a flight attendant. Here is where his stupidity kicked in and got exposed.

Now, based on his unpolished and erratic behavior as some people beliefs about his personality,
he is incompetent before he even start working on the Eritrean constitution. We can confidently
say that he never had the qualification to write the constitution in the first place, due to the fact
that he never pass the bar examination to become licensed to practice law that all law attorneys
must go through and posses. That is why he is qualified to be a mercenary to make money at
the expense of honesty, ethics, and morality

Another example of his bad intention for the Nation of Eritrea is reflected in his book titled the
“Wounded Nation…, “ December 6. 2010. This was part of the overall destruction of Eritrea
that he intend all along that is reflected in his book. Why did he call himself a Distinguished
Professor of Law at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He only taught few months
as law lecturer and then he was placed as a Professor of African Studies. A question to be
