1.four-wheel steering system

Abstract
Nowadays, every vehicle existed mostly still using the two-wheel steering system to control the
movement of the vehicle whether it is front wheel drive, rear wheel drive or all-wheel drive. But
due to the awareness of safety, four-wheel steering vehicles are being used increasingly due to
high performance and stability that they bring to vehicles. In this project, the performance of four
wheels steered vehicle model is considered which is optimally controlled during a lane change
maneuver in three type of condition which is low speed maneuver, medium speed maneuver and
high-speed maneuver. The configuration of this work is a technique for predetermination of
system’s stability. A four-wheel steering is also known as Quadra steering system. A four-wheel
steering enables the car to be steered into tighter parking spaces. It makes the car more stable at
speed (less body roll). It makes the car more efficient and stable on cornering. The main aim is
that turning of the vehicle should not require greater efforts on the part of the driver
2. hydraulic press machine

Abstract
A hydraulic press machine is a machine using a hydraulic cylinder to generate a compressive force.
Frames and column and cylinder are the main components of the hydraulic press. The concept of
the hydraulic press is based on Pascal's theory, which states that when pressure is applied on fluids
in an enclosed system, the pressure throughout the system always remains constant. In simple
words, a hydraulic press is a machine that makes use of the pressure exerted on the fluids to crush
something. In this project H type hydraulic press frame and column are will be designed. Press
frame and column are analyzed to improve its performance and quality for press working
operation. This machine is very useful in removing bearing from vehicles, for making a shapes or
straighten bend metals.
3.Maize shilling machine
Abstract
As we all know, agricultural products like maize, soya bean, millet and rice, when processed into
quality forms not only prolong the useful life of these products, but increases the net profit farmers
make from mechanization technologies of such products. The design modification that we are
going in the project is aimed at minimizing the material use and cost to manufacture the machine.
To make it affordable and more convenient to shell the maize, in this project we will devlop “Motor
or manual Operated Maize Sheller” using ergonomic and mechanical considerations for shelling.
It consists of feeder from where the maize is inserted.
