Why is T24 first debiting charge amount incorrectly for a Deposit kind of Teller transaction
before the transaction amount is credited to the account?

Answer

As per the current design of T24, if a TELLER transaction is made with charges, the
customer account will be deducted with the charge amount first and then same Account will
be credited with transaction amount. This is how it works.

Question

How can a TELLER.ID be restricted to perform only till transfer transactions alone?

Answer

If field TILL.TFR.ONLY in TELLER.ID is set to YES, system will prompts an error “ONLY TILL
TRANSFER ALLOWED” when other than till transfer transactions are performed.

Note : This setup is only applicable for TELLER.TRANSACTION which has TELLER.TRANSFER
set to YES and CUST.AC.TRANSFER set to NO.
