What is it?
A supportive and developmental mechanism through which peers can
share, compare and discuss their practice.
Judgment-free, form-free, high-quality professional learning, a stone’s
throw from your own classroom. Sometimes the best things are simple
and free, as this is.

How it works?
Teaching staff will identify classes/teachers that they wish to visit to observe
delivery.

▪ If a lesson is fine to observe the door will be open with a poster

door sign to welcome visitors.
▪ You are invited to stay for at least 15 minutes to get a good
flavour of the lesson.
▪ You are not required to complete any paperwork, unless people
need to collect evidence (this can be arranged beforehand).
