The cost of handling bad behaviour in the organisation has


increased over the years. To achieve business objectives, people have
become more aggressive and put all destructive emotions in
business dealing. Betraying, cheating, backbiting, office politics,
cronyism, putting blames, ribbon cutting ceremonies on others have
become norms in businesses. We have undergone some of these
bitter experience ourselves. All these experiences have given us the
inspiration to start HUMANOLOGY, a research,
consultancy and training organisation specialised in attitude and
behaviour.
