USED TO

Utilizamos used to para referirnos a los hábitos que teníamos en el pasado o a cosas que solián
ocurrir pero ya no ocurren.

I used to go to church every Sunday.


He used to ride a motorbike.
They used to live in London.
I used to like sweets.
She used to work in a supermarket.

También se puede utilizar used to para hablar de cosas que fueron ciertas en un momento dado pero
que no lo son en el presente.

 Así se hacen las interrogativas con used to:

Did you use to have a motorbike?


Did you use to go to school?
Did you use to have long hair?

 Y así la forma negativa:

She didn't use to like him.


He didn't use to be so fat.

O bien:

I never used to like milk.


We never used to have any money.
