Intro to ELPS Student Email

Section 1: Online Access

Step 1 Go to www.ELPS.us
Step 2 Select Microsoft Outlook under STUDENT Links

Section 2: Logging Into Email

Step 1 Computer login username + “@stu.elps.us”


Step 2 Use the same password that you log into the computer with

Section 3: Switch to OneDrive

Section 4: How to Use OneDrive

Create New Document then select document type


Upload New Document then select existing file
Organize Content then select folder. Drag and drop files to organize.
Edit Existing Document Open existing file > Edit workbook/document drop-down > Select to
edit in program (more features) or to edit online (simple edits)
Revision History Click to check document (left of name) > >
Manage Permissions Click to check document (left of name) > > Shared with
Return to Main OneDrive Page If you’re within a file, select your name in the upper-right corner

Section 5: Sharing

Share with Others Create document > Share drop-down > Share with people > Invite
people
Click to check document (left of name) > > Invite people
Shared with You Within ‘Shared with me’ on left panel
Create Public Link Create document > Share drop-down > Share with people > Get a
link
Click to check document (left of name) > > Get a link

Section 6: Logging Out

Return to Inbox Select the Outlook tab


Logging Out Select the person icon (upper-right corner) and select Log Out
