Eligibility
A three-year bac helor’s degree (10+2+3) or equivalent in any discipline from a
rec ognised university with atleast 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA. Students

Last Date for Receiving Form

Completed application forms must be returned by January 15, 2010. Candidates in
the category of Person of Indian Origin (PIO)/Foreign Students and Non Resident
Indians (NRIs)/Children of Indian workers of Gulf c ountries and South East Asia. Should
enc lose a bank draft for US$ 50 or Rs.2000/- drawn in favour of “Institute of
M anagement, Nirma University’ and payable at Ahmedabad along with the c ompleted
application form.

Selection Process

The selection procedure for admission c onsists of two steps :

Written Test
Applic ants for the full-time programme are required to appear for the Common
Admission Test (CAT-2009) conducted by the IIM s.

Group Discussion and Personal Interview

Candidates short-listed on the basis of their performanc e in the written test will be
called for group discussion and personal interview. The group discussion/personal

interview will be held at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, and New Delhi. The final
selec tion to the programme would be based on the candidate’s performanc e in the
written test, group disc ussion, personal interview and work experienc e.

The following weightage will be given for each component of the selection c riteria :
Written Test : 70%
Personal Interview : 20%
Group Discussion : 10%

An additional score upto 10 points for work experience will also be given for full-time
work experience at managerial level in a professional organization.
