QUERY NAME: DELINKED LOAD FROM COA

a. DESCRIPTION: This query is used to get the information about reason wise delinking
of all the COA linked loads with in the specified period of time(Date From and Date To).

In the detail output screen of the query we have all the important information of the
loads like Loadid,Load name , Load Status, ETD of the load, Load station from, current
station,reporting time,Delinking time , Delinking reason etc.

 2. QUERY NAME:COA TRANSACTION LOG

a. DESCRIPTION: This query is used to get the information about the transaction Log
details of the COA linked loads with in the specified time period.User have to enter the
load name in the input screen and the query will display the all the loads of the similar
name in the output screen.

User have to select the particular load in the output screen and have to press enter to
get the transaction Log details of the load.Transactional log detail grid display the event
wise details of the transaction performed on the load with the COA error message if
any.

3. QUERY NAME: COA LINKED LOAD DETAILS

a. DESCRIPTION: This query displays the division wise details of the linkage of the
loads performed with COA.
 The first output screen display the “TRAIN“ and “LE” wise information of the total number
of loads planned in FOIS, total number of Loads linked with COA and total number of
loads not linked with COA with in the specified time period.

To get the details of the Loads planned, Loads Linked and Loads delinked click on the
hyper link specified in the screenshot. Detail screen will display the information like Load
station from, Load station To, Load Name , Load Type, Commodity , Consigner ,
Consignee , Actual Units and delinking reason of the load.

4. QUERY NAME: LINKAGE PROGRESS

 a. DESCRIPTION: Query is used to display the details of progress of loads linked with
COA with in the specified period of time.

Query display the “TRAIN“ and “LE” wise information of the total number of loads
planned in FOIS, total number of loads attempted and not attempted for linkage,
number of success and failure attempts for linkage. Also display the percentage of the
number of loads attempted and not attempted for the linkage and percentage of the
number of success and failure attempts for linkage.

To get the details of the Loads click on the hyper link specified in the screenshot. Detail
screen will display the information like Load station from, Load station To, Load Name ,
Load Type, Commodity , Consigner , Consignee and Actual Units.

5. QUERY NAME: WEEKLY LINKAGE PROGRESS

a. DESCRIPTION: This Query is used to display the weekly linkage progress of loads
linked with COA with in the specified period of time for particular division.

Report shows details of loads categorized as “TRAIN“ and “LE” with Total number of
loads planned in FOIS, percentage of the number of loads attempted and not
attempted for the linkage and percentage of the number of success and failure
attempts for linkage.

To get the linkage details of the Loads for the specific date click on the hyper link
specified in the screenshot. Detail screen will display the “TRAIN“ and “LE” wise
information of the total number of loads planned in FOIS, total number of loads
attempted and not attempted for linkage, number of success and failure attempts for
linkage. Also display the percentage of the number of loads attempted and not
attempted for the linkage and percentage of the number of success and failure
attempts for linkage for the particular division.

Further details of the loads will also be availabel

• if click on the hyperlink provided on the “FOIS LOAD PLAN” column in first
detail screen (LINKAGE PROGRESS screen). This will display the (FOIS LOAD
PLAN DETAILS) information like Load station from, Load station To, Load Name
, Load Type, Commodity , Consigner , Consignee and Actual Units.

• if click on the hyperlink provided on the “FAIL” column in first detail screen
(LINKAGE PROGRESS screen). This will display the (LOAD LINKAGE FAIL
DETAIL) reason wise detail of loads with Load station from, Load station To,
Load Name , Load Type, Commodity , Consigner , Consignee and Actual Units.

 6. QUERY NAME: COA LOAD INTERCHANGE DETAILS

a. DESCRIPTION: Query display interchange details of the loads linked with COA in a
specific division. Query shows the details of the loads which are either originating
within the input division ( i.e. ORIGINATING LOADS) or coming from another division
( i.e. THROUGH LOADS).

Query display the details of the loads such as Load Name, Load-id, Entry Interchange Station
and Time in the Division,Load Station From and Load Station To, Departure Time from the
Load Station From and Arrival Time at Load station To, Load interchange point and Load
Interchange Time.
