Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery everywhere possible. Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for corporate Identity Management environment. Serves as escalation point for application support and troubleshooting, provides guidance and direction in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problems. Serves as the first line of escalation support for domain technology issues that cannot be resolved by tier one and two serversupport. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs. Install, configure, and maintain Active Directory and third party software utilities for hardware systems within company operational guidelines. Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps. Improve existing processes through solutions to recurring problems and enhancements to existing solutions or documentation. Provide training as required Experience working with Microsoft Identity technologies including Active Directory, Windows File Services, and Group Policies. Expert knowledge in administering Active Directory (AD) and GPOs. Expert knowledge of AD, ADFS, PKI in Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2. Expert knowledge of DNS, DHCP, WINS, DFS, in a Windows 2012 landscape. Knowledge of Microsoft Forefront Identity Management, Microsoft Exchange, Quest Active Roles Server (ARS) are preferable. Manage customer satisfaction through effectively communicating and managing customer expectations SCCM Administration Be responsible for administering Microsoft SCCM 2012 R2 for mid/large enterprise network patch management, distribution, and compliance Provide technical support in developing innovative technical solutions and troubleshooting SCCM faults SCCM 2012 Application Deployment, Patch Management Proactively work on Application Remediation & Patch Remediation Tasks. Create SCCM management reports as required to support daily operations and staff tasking on the state of the information technology enterprise Participate in testing and successful deployment of software to all applicable SCCM supported platforms. Assist with SCCM planning, set-up, deployment, and maintenance as business demands. Possess good Wintel Server configuration knowledge. Knowledge on SQL, WQL, WMI, PowerShell & VB Scripting Create and maintain documentation for deployment/packaging, administrative procedures, SCCM architecture, known errors, workarounds and application specific information. Administer general SCCM 2007\2012 daily administration. Create and administer advertisements, programs, collections, and custom reports in SCCM. Troubleshoot failed SCCM deployments and SCCM health issues. Administer SCCM software delivery, including various methods such as running advertised programs, machine targeted, user targeted, Application Library, and Software Center. Administer the SCCM tool set back end to keep the system running and healthy, including changes to the core components and settings, backups, restores, software delivery, client heath, reporting, boundaries, and bandwidth settings. Manage and administer SCCM client health, including the process of getting clients healthy. Perform general SCCM administration and troubleshooting. Possess good knowledge on Operating System Deployments (OSD) through SCCM 2012 Knowledge on Microsoft User State Migration Tools and Microsoft Operating System Deployment Tools SCCM Certification will be an added advantage Willing to work on 24/7 support based on project demands. Onsite travel exposures with sound transition knowledge will be given preference Preference to those who has valid Visa
