With reference to your inquiry, we are hereby pleased to submit our offer for this Scope of Work. Our offer
contains pricing, terms and conditions and we hope that our proposal will meet your requirements and looking
forward to work with your esteemed organization.

1) Scope of Works for Metering Box installation

The work/activity will be performed on site under HAPC Plant supervisor.
a) Making Proper connection for CT and Energy meters.
b) Calibration of Energy meters.
c) Fixing the Boxes.
(2) SCHEDULE:
a) The estimated time required to carry out the above scope for Metering box Installation and
calibration will be 4 days, our estimated time is considered on the assumption that our team will be
complete this progress with appropriate days based on clients support.
b) Engineers and Technicians as required in the scope, is included in this offer.
c) Our working time is 10 hours per day from Saturday to Thursday.
(3) - REQUIREMENTS TO BE DONE BY BCI:
In order to have continuous work progress and complete the works in the estimated time at site, the following
site conditions must be met before mobilization:
a) Proper cables/wires should be laid out for installation purpose.
b) Gate passes (if required) to be arranged in advance.
c) Work permit and coordination with QC and Clients will be BCI.

(4) - PRICE CONDITIONS:-

The lump sum charges for above scope of work is 16800 SAR. Sixteen thousand Eight Hundred Saudi
riyals only,

(5) - LIMITATIONS TO BE CONSIDERED:

a) Limited to the Installation and calibration of meters as detailed is only for above work scope.
b) Gate passes / security permission should be arranged by BCI including fees; if applicable.
c) In case any problem appears after completion of work and demobilization of ALFALGI Team and
need to rectify then this will be considered as extra work and new offer will be provided for this
work.
