Commissioning of New Parking Stand 16 at Sir Seewoosagur

Ramgoolam International Airport

1. Introduction
1.1 The purpose of this AIP Supplement is to provide information regarding the
commissioning of new aircraft parking stand 16, as shown at appendix A, situated
at SSR International Airport which is scheduled for operation with effect from 27
April 2017 at 0000 UTC.

2. Details Parking Stand 16

2.1 The details of the Parking Stand 16 are as follows:

3. Pushback Procedures
Runway 14/32 operations
3.1 Departing aircraft on bay 16 when cleared by ATC shall be pushed back onto
Taxilane P to face North-East.

4. Taxiing Procedures
a) Runway 14 operations
4.1 Landing aircraft on RWY 14 shall exit via TWY C or D or E as cleared by ATC and
follow ATC instructions to taxi to parking stand 16.
4.2 Arriving aircraft may be required by ATC to hold clear of TWY H to facilitate exit of
departing aircraft.
4.3 Departing aircraft on Taxilane P facing North-East shall proceed to Runway 14 via
TWYs N, H, Y and A or via TWYs N, F and A.

 b) Runway 32 operations
4.4 Landing aircraft on RWY 32 shall exit via TWY C or A as cleared by ATC and
follow ATC instructions to taxi to parking stand 16.
4.5 Arriving aircraft may be required by ATC to hold clear of TWY H to facilitate exit of
departing aircraft.
4.6 Departing aircraft on Taxilane P facing North-East shall proceed to Runway 32 via
TWYs N, H, Y and TWYs D or E or via TWYs N, J, Y and TWYs D or E.

5. Effective date
5.1 This AIP Supplement shall become effective on 27 April 2017 at 0000 UTC.

6. Cancellation
6.1 This AIP Supplement shall remain effective until incorporated in AIP Mauritius.
