HVG Grade Synthetic Mechanical Vacuum Pump Fluid

HVG Grade Synthetic Mechanical Vacuum Pump fluid
is formulated with premium synthetic tri ester
technology. This high-quality, long-life fluid lasts
several times longer in use than mineral-based oils.
It’s fully formulated with non detergent additives and
is designed for use in rotary vacuum pumps,
effectively protects against wear, oxidation, foam and
rust and has inherent lubricity and good thermal
conductivity which allow it to reduce heat and energy
consumption.
PERFORMANCE FEATURES

• Resists foaming
• Rust and oxidation inhibited
• Readily separates from water
• Long-life/extended drain performance
• Recommended for use in rotary vacuum Pumps.
• Completely ash less hence no slug formation

HVG 120 /160 Oil increases operating efficiency,

reducing money spent on energy, repair and
maintenance costs. Synthetic Ester maintains
performance across a wide operating temperature
range. The low pour points, high viscosity indices
and lack of paraffin's (wax) make these excellent all
season lubricants.

HVG fluids are miscible with hydrocarbon oils and

inert with water to prevent Oils/water emulsions,
allowing for longer lubricant life and ease of water
removal from the pump. They do not require any
special cleaning procedures before use, these two
versions and can be used in all types of rotary
pumps.

Applications: Instrumentation, LPCVP, nitride deposition, ion implantation,

plasma etching, sputtering, biomedical processes, solvent distillation and RVD.

CAUTION: These products should not be used in applications where

there is risk of explosion from high oxygen enriched environments.
