COURSE SYNOPSIS:

This is an intermediate English language course which provides students with

extended knowledge of grammar and enhances the use of four language skills.
Students should be able to listen for main ideas and develop conversations in
informal situations. Students are exposed to several sub-skills in reading that would
enable them to identify main ideas and supporting details in reading passages. This
understanding would enable them to construct main ideas and elaboration based on
stimuli provided for the development of essay writing.
