(Please provide below mentioned documents for all the Directors & Shareholders)

Preparation of Main Object & Name Availability Search


l Preparation of Main Object of Company by BMC 5
3 l The Promoters have to provide atleast 4 (four) unique names for company name search (Depends upon the response
l To make an online search for availability of names time taken by the Promoters)
l Promoters confirmation of draft main object and final name
l Only One unique name can be applied for Incorporation

Filing of Incorporation/INC-29 Documents


l Filing Incorporation documents with ROC

l Getting the Directors' DIN, Name Approval & Incorporation Certificate
